Great showroom and selection with a super friendly staff. Anthony was incredible from start to finish. His staff, and installers were great. Follow through and communication was great. They have earned all our business.

What an awesome experience. We were assisted by Anthony. He took care of us like we were a relative! From the floor selection to the installation, they were great! His pricing was good, and his follow through was incredible. He also has a really good install team that worked quickly, and neatly. I would use them again without any hesitation.

We always shop around and get multiple quotes before committing to a large purchase. Art at Alpine Carpet One Flooring was more down to earth and straight forward than other vendors, his price was better, and his measurements didn't pad the square footage as some others did. You want a little overage at the end of a project but not a lot, and we ended up with maybe 40 sq ft overage from a 1500 sq ft project. We ordered a luxury vinyl flooring that was back ordered, and in this post-covid world it took a while, but Art worked hard to make all the necessary connections to get it to us, and once it finally arrived the install happened fast, was super professional and came out looking great. We would highly recommend Art and his crew.

Great staff, starting with Tami in the sales room, who helped me match my laminate flooring (which was no longer available) with their engineered wood flooring! It's as perfect a match as possible. Then Chris came to take the measurements and provide a very reasonable quote! Finally, Jesus came with an assistant, and they did a wonderful job of installing the flooring! It looks wonderful, and I am very happy with it and all the people who helped!

I will begin by saying that this is the first bad review I have ever written. If I could give them no stars, I would.ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS!!I went to this place due to the reviews and I wanted to work with a local, family owned company.Cameron came out to measure to ensure the square footage. During that appointment, I told Cameron I wanted to complete my purchase by 12/31 (he came out on 12/17). I had samples, but none of them were the right choice. Cameron told me he would send me links to possible selections and also took two of my samples that were close to the color I needed. By 12/23, I had not heard from him. I spoke to Tammy and then she responded by telling me that Cameron could provide a quote, but he didn't know what product I had chosen. I was very frustrated. What happened to sending me links to products? How did Cameron not know anything about what he promised? I told Tammy I wanted my samples back and did not want to work with this company. If this was their level of customer service before I purchased flooring, how bad would they be after I gave them my money.Of course, Cameron had my samples and they would not be available until after the Christmas holiday. It took numerous calls with Tim Howard to arrange the retrieval of my samples.Cameron returned my samples without even knocking on my door. I heard him and went out to talk to him. He was rude and a child. He literally told me he didn't understand why I was upset. I honestly have never dealt with someone like him. No apology. I wasted close to 2 weeks on this horrible company.Cameron talks a lot about this company being family owned and customer service oriented. All a bunch of idle talk. The owners are his uncles and they should rethink Cameron being a representative for this company

Cameron Loiselle was a pleasure to work with. We replaced all of our upstairs carpeting with Alpine Carpets. We had a small problem but Cameron stood by his word and quickly corrected the issue. I am happy to recommend him. Thank you!

I have purchased all my bathroom and kitchen tile, hardwood floors, and counter tops at Alpine. My experience was easy and prompt. I needed some design help and got great advise from Johannes and Lisa. Can hifhly recommand this place. Fair and reasonable pricing. I happily give 5 stars
