Edit to add my response to the business.. I’m glad you mentioned the tire. As we towed it an hour away to y’all, told you it wasn’t a tire issue but a cracked rim. And you replaced the tire and said the rim was fine. We got the car towed back to us and surprise.. still with a flat tire on the tow truck! And not to mention.. the rim GLUED TOGETHER with a modge podge job because you knew that it was a cracked rim and tried to cover it up. There was a LAUNDRY list of other things wrong with the car. We have receipts from the mechanic and we sent the list over to you before the warranty was up to try and get some help. It was not just the tire.. which even that you did nothing about. You said our mechanic was wrong and that they were just trying to get money. And that your mechanic naturally… said it was fine. How convenient. And guess what… every single thing they said was wrong, went wrong. The car shut down with the engine completely shot after one month of driving it. In the middle of the dangerous freeway. AND!! Not to mention we DID call many times after. And what were we told since it was so conveniently out of warranty when we desperately asked if there was anything that could be done?? You said and I quote “we aren’t running a charity shop” and that there’s nothing you could do. So now because of your negligence, your dishonesty, and complete lack of care for your customers.. we are stuck paying arms and legs for a car totaled in our driveway unable to even turn on that drove for one. month. That has $10k in repairs. All thanks to you. So yeah… y’all are absolute crooks. Have the day you deserve.
Please, I beg you do not make the mistake that we did and give your trust to these people. We were sold a lemon with a laundry list of issues that they continued to lie about. We took the car to our mechanic the day after we got it and were told that it needed a ton of work done. Allen Motors was completely dishonest and said that of course.. their seedy mechanic told them it was in great shape. Until conveniently, the warranty was up and they could wash their hands of us. We are now stuck paying arms and legs for a car that has almost ten grand in repairs and is literally totaled and won’t even turn on. It drove for one month. And every single thing our independent mechanic said could go wrong, is what went wrong. Them avoiding these repairs put us in the most unsafe situation in this car. And we could have been seriously injured with the way the it shut down in the middle of the freeway entirely. I wish the character limit on this page was large enough for me to list how awful of an experience we truly had. But long story short- they are a horrific business. They do not care about their customers and are extremely unkind and greedy. Whatever you do, please don’t make the same mistake that we did. Do not go here.

Excellent ..... Above Average Customer Service.... Trustworthy .... Helpful.... We bought a Merceds S550 (2009) car was very reasonable priced and Geoff Armetding was very helpful with assisting us , When shopping for a car its rare to find dealerships that straight forward, Most dealerships bottom line is moving the car off the lot ... Smile in your face, Hand you the keys after the contract is signed & they are done with you, The staff at Allen Motors went over everything and provided full disclosure and information about the car and its history... In closing there bottom line is not just getting the auto off the lot, In shopping for my next auto I would definitely look to Allen Motors 1st.

Saw their "End of lease" ad in the paper. Had equity in my lease. They threw a number 3k less than I got for it at a local dealer w/o even trying. I've seen lowballing ,then I've seen these guys.

Have to say it was a wonderful experience purchasing my vintage truck from Allen Motors. They were easy to work with, no pressure sales, & were very accommodating/understanding when I messed up and gave them a check from the wrong bank account and it bounced. Not my brightest moment.Price of the truck was reasonable & in line with the market.Worked with Geoff who was professional, knowledgeable and pleasure to interface with.They have a number of wonderful autos for sale and have to imagine they have one the fits your needs.
