I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle for my daughter from Garrett. I called asking for more pics and details about a 2018 i3 S that they had and Garrett was transparent with me on its condition, confirming some minor blemishes and providing a video walk around and additional pics so that I could judge for myself if it was worth the 1.5hr drive to check out the car in person and purchase. We worked out a deal over text and agreed on a fair price. When I arrived, I was given as much time as I needed to inspect the car, take it for a test drive, and charge it up at the local BMW dealer. I was gone for probably an hour and not once did they freak out or demand I bring the car back. I was pretty impressed that they gave me leeway to make sure I was good with the car. But the best part of my purchase experience with Garrett and team was the fact that they did not try to upsell me or "add on" any BS package like paint protection, GPS tracking, or fabric/leather warranties. All those are complete garbage and it's good to see Allen Motors not use those unethical bait and switch practices that other used car dealers do. It is probably the worst thing any dealer can do to you besides sell you a lemon. Garrett was professional, easy going, and made the process go very smoothly from beginning to end. I got a great car for my daughter at a fair price and I didn't have to wade through any BS sales pitches or get tricked into paying for "add ons" that I did not want. It was definitely a 10/10 experience for me and I've bought many cars over the years.

DO NOT GIVE THESE THIEVES YOUR MONEY! They are dishonest, deceitful, and despicable in their business practices. If only there was an ability to give zero stars, I would. I wish I had read the reviews before I went to them, I would have immediately gone elsewhere. I recommend anyone who is considering to shop at Allen Motors to find a vehicle at a more reputable dealer. On June 13th 2023 I purchased a 2015 Chevy City Express with roughly 57,667 miles on the odometer. Garrett Allen not only vouched for the condition of the vehicle, but also said he drove it himself to and fro moving things to his home. He also vouched that it was in good, reliable condition, and that their mechanic checked everything out. Before purchasing, I had it taken to a mechanic of their recommendation, who also stated that everything was in good condition, including the transmission. It didn't last 2 weeks on the road before (on June 27th) the transmission failed entirely. Garrett then proceeded to ignore all calls for the rest of the day. After finally getting a hold of his father, Jim, they had me tow it to their location using one of my AAA tows. On June 28th they received the van, then proceeded to have no work done on the vehicle for 19 days, 14 week days excluding weekends and holidays, thus exhausting the time left of the 30 day warranty. As well as preventing me from using the vehicle I had purchased for work, impacting my personal and professional life substantially. They now have the money and the vehicle and I have no control over the repair job quality or even when the work will occur. Worst of all they avoid all contact. Not returning calls or emails; or being honest with when the van will be received by the repair shop. Had they just been willing to fulfill the warranty with a local mechanic of my choosing the job would be done and I wouldn't be entrusting the work to a business that is proving itself to be dishonest. Im hoping for positive resolution soon. To be continued.

Do Not Use Them! This dealer is very shady. When you're first here and willing to buy a car, they are your best friend. They'll do whatever it takes to get the sale. Once the sale is complete and they have your money. Good luck. They do not back their sale. They sell you a car and make you think everything is taken care of until later when there is problems. Attempt to get the vehicle repaired after the sale because it immediately had issues. And they don't honor the agreement. Would not recommend them. Save yourself the hassle and stress. Go to another business that makes you feel valued as a customer.

I am writing another review to update my previous review. We bought a used Audi from Allen Motors back in September 2022. We had immediate issues with a faulty headlight that they cared very little to remedy (see previous review). Fast forward to it now being February, and we are receiving paperwork from the DMV stating that the registration was never completed, and the title not fully transferred. The car has personalized legacy plates that were never released by the previous owner (dealer's job), and so technically the plates are still in the previous person's name, not mine. We called Allen Motors and told them about the issue. They proceeded to tell us that their DMV person wasn't in the office that day, but that that he/she would get back to us. Two weeks have gone by, and that hasn't happened. No one has called us. This dealership is so incredibly unprofessional and disorganized. We now need to go to the DMV to sort out this problem, since AAA can't even solve it. I will continue to intentionally recommend that people NEVER purchase a car from here. I genuinely wish I could give zero stars.

I have to say Jim and Garett are awesome! I had been looking for the lightning truck everywhere. I had seen them advertised that they had one. I contacted them and they responded right away. They worked with their local credit union to get me an awesome rate and didn't mark up the price of the truck or take another offer while I was in the process of paperwork. They were great in communicating with me through the process-400 miles away. The got me set up with delivery and the delivery went smoothly.You will not be disappointed. Great experience! We were on the hunt for a used luxury vehicle. We test drove many at different used car lots and by far, the best vehicle and most straightforward experience was at Allen Motors. Our salesperson Garrett was knowledgeable and really listened to what we were looking for.Within 2 hours we were driving away in our new (to us!) Porsche Cayenne. I definitely recommend Allen motors. Value for your money, no hassle! Very satisfied.

Don't go here! We were lied to and ripped off! You will most likely get a car with bald tires and bad brakes! Simple things to fix but they don't care about you as a customer and will not fix it! Such a lame experience! They aren't trustworthy kind people to worth with. Deceiving!

My car is everything to me, because it's the only transportation I have, and the hood needed to be repaint, I stop by at Allen Auto Body shop and got estimate, and it was fair price and professionalism they provided is amazing. Thank you Garrett.

I went to Allen's Auto Body to get my rims powdered. I paid $700 and shortly after they began to fade and started to discolour. At first I thought they were dirty but then I went to another shop to re coat them only to find out that they were never dipped. The rims were painted. When I called to confront the owner he denied ever doing it. I gave him the chance to confess his mistake and he only denied it and got defensive. With that being said I believe that he can no longer be trusted because if he was able to scam me then he will be able to scam anyone else put of hundreds of dollars for half a** work. I hope this helps anyone from being scammed.

I brought my car there for a slight scratch on the rear bumper. When I got it back the color was totally different than the rest of the car. I can't believe that they would think that was okay. So, they admitted they messed it up, and, said they would do it again. When I got it back, the second time, it was slightly better, but it was still, obviously mismatched. . Only one side was miss matched before, , now.... both sides were mismatched!! I would never go back there, and I would not recommend anyone else doing so. Obviously they need a new painter. I brought it to CALIBER, and they did an excellent job. It only took 4 days. My car was at Allen's for over one month.
