Since I was in the area, I wanted to support a local business. I has a written prescription that needed to be filled. The person behind the drop off window seemed to be irritated that I was dropping off something. The prescription was for one of my pets. They have been on these for about four years. I needed something to administer the medication. She seemed very confused by this. She asked the pharmacist about the prescription and the pharmacist mistold me this was oral. I knew exactly what was prescribed and knew she was incorrect. I tried to explain what was needed and the pharmacist to me that the don't sell item for people to inject themselves. I got frustrated and proceeded to leave. I know she was incorrect because it like tell the diabetic they can't inject insulin for themselves or RA patient that the can't inject biologicals themselves. I know I'm not in the best of moods but this interaction was poorly handled by the staff and I will NEVER do business here. Sad part was I have had bad service from CVS( they now look pretty good) and was looking for a new pharmacy. I took the same script to a competitor and they had no problem filling it.

They never keep me waiting, they call me when I have refills, and they are good at giving vaccinations. I tried CVS, Vons and a few others before I landed here, and I was always waiting for a long time and being treated rudely. All Med just has a totally different attitude.

I enjoy supporting family owned business's but this place is a little drab and doesn't come off as very welcoming. The interior is extremely dated from the early 90's and is in need of remodeling. The young girl behind the counter is always very sulky and their credit card machines take soooo long to process. I hope improvements happen soon.

The worst costumer service. I wanted to support local business but I will have to go to CVS or a place like that to get treated decently. They are so rude there.

Helpful pharmacy, but I was rubbed the wrong way when after only 3 months of having moved my scripts here, an expensive medication was taken out of the manufacturers sealed bottle and put into their own. By law a pharmacist can do this, but in my case they shorted me a pill. They made it right, as I'll get to... When they rang me up for my copay I saw the bottle was different and asked why, because after being on the medication for a year before at CVS and this one having filled it twice already, it just seemed odd. I got to my car and counted them twice, only 29 instead of 30. Back inside I went and spoke to the pharmacist, a very competent gentleman I see there all the time. I asked why the bottle was changed, he didn't have an answer, then I asked why is a pill missing then? He asked everyone working that shift if they knew, and admittedly apologized and said it was his initials on the bottle. He said he didn't remember why the bottle was opened and transferred, but that they would make it right and get me the pill.Now I have to say, I am short fused with pharmacies and come off like a j*** after experiencing CVS' long longs and excuses. This pharmacy solved the problem of long lines, and having to wait (after they order and get your medication delivered if you're on something unusual, which I am). Also they're smaller so it makes sense sometimes they may want a credit card number before compounding drugs (someone's review complains about that), that makes sense to me because once it's mixed they can't just reopen the bottle, recount and bottle with someone else's name on it. If payment doesn't go through they have to eat that cost.My only suggestion for improvement is to get a better system of communication, and notate things better. They're not the best at remembering to call you back or details. I had issues getting my scripts transferred to them for that reason which put me on edge from the start of our relationship, and after the missing pill, them still auto filling my meds when I requested they just let me call them to order, I am choosing to go with a mail order pharmacy. I'd still go here for new scripts I'm trying or antibiotics I only need 1 fill of.

Super speedy service, top notch knowledge from the staff, and easy to order shipping. Been a long time customer and can affirm that small pharmacies are far more efficient and competitive with pricing than the big box retailers. Bonus for pet owners: you can get 90% of your pet meds filled easily here. Used to shop from Chewy.com, but the long lead times weren't worth the clicks. Switched over to All Med Drugs and get my pooch taken care in 24 hours.

I've always came here just because it's where my parents go too.. Nothing great has ever stood out to me, it's just a pharmacy. Except the ladies behind the desk, especially the one who usually answers the phone is SO rude. The reason i'm writing this review - I get my birth control every month from them. Like i always do, i used my PocketRx app to submit a refill, i got a confirmation email & everything saying it's ready. Well, my dad went to pick it up for me and she said it was declined - as in I ran out of refills. Which I know is not their fault, but now i'm struggling to find a new doctor (mine moved) and i've been off my pill for 2 weeks now. It would've been SO fricken nice, if they could've told me the previous time that I only had 1 refill left. Birth control is very important to people for so many reasons besides a contraceptive reason, as I have PCOS & it helps me tremendously. I'm pretty mad that they let this happen, especially considering a decent amount of the workers are ladies. I doubt i'll ever come back to get my birth control from here.

We recently moved to Thousand Oaks and we always prefer to support our local independent businesses. From the moment I walked into the All Med Drugs I felt right at home. Very intelligent and patient staff. I hope others will consider the advanced care you will receive from this pharmacy vs. a corporate chain. They also offer many services - including delivery. Very pleased.
