Rick Finley at Agoura Sash and Door is extremely helpful, other window companies took forever to get their bid out, and required lots of followup from me, but Rick had an almost instant turnaround on cost, and his prices were very competitive. He has worked on the Marvin Window manufacturing side, so he understand windows and door construction quite well, and can speak intelligently about these products (he's not just sales). He also went above and beyond to connect me with the right contractors for my project, and has been extremely helpful as I navigate through this process of figuring out exactly what I need. I highly recommend Agoura Sash and Door as a result of my service so far!

Travis was amazing. I needed help finding a replacement for an old threshold and he knew exactly what it was. Travis is super helpful. I have also bought doors/windows and other items from ASD. I will definitely be back.

These guys are fantastic! From start to finish everyone at this company was courteous and knowledgeable. Our direct salesman, Travis Niklas was organized and professional. We could not be happier with our new windows, doors and the entire experience.

My first salesman, Gordon, was absolutely awful. Even though we were looking to spend about $200k for Fleetwood doors and windows on new construction, Gordon could never be bothered to return any calls or emails. He was one of the worst salesman I've ever dealt with. We ended up ordering the Fleetwood doors and windows from a second salesman named Tim at ASD. I thought Tim was ok, but he made a pretty major mistake that required a window to be re-ordered. Anyone who has dealt with Fleetwood will tell you that re-ordering from Fleetwood isn't like placing a new order at most places. They take FOREVER! Tim couldn't recommend having ASD do the installation as their reputation is mixed. Since then, I've heard a lot of mixed reviews about their installs, so beware. The installer the salesman recommended let me down on several issues, so I ended up having to find a new installer for the doors. This new installer worked with a third salesman named Jason at ASD, so we switched to him. Jason did a pretty good job. I really didn't have any complaints about him. We ended up needing a part from Fleetwood, so my installer (who works with Tim) ordered the part from Tim in September 2023. I kept asking the installer when the part was coming, and he said he didn't know. About once per month, I checked with my installer as I waited patiently for the part to arrive. After nearly 4 months, I started to request a copy of the sales order or purchase order because I was suspicious the order had never been placed. Neither ASD nor the installer could produce one. Finally the installer sent me the email thread proving that Tim had sat on the order for months and never placed it. So I've been waiting for nearly 4 months in vain, just as I had feared. This is the kind of unproffesionalism you can expect from ASD. Read the reviews. I'm far from the only one who has had nightmare experiences there. Many of my experiences at ASD were 1 star, but the average of all the experiences is 2 stars. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't use ASD on any level. It's just not worth the headaches.

Unless you speak to the owner Dan you're going to be out of luck everybody that answers the phone there is not capable of communicating even the salesman Jason has a hard time I've used them and I guess I'll have to go elsewhere.

Today is the day! For months engaging Don to get a plan together to fix the windows, condensation. It has taken months for this to get solved, frustrating to say the least. After finding a solution Don had us wait another 2 months until he found the right installers and today they spent half the day installing a new frame and sash. It looks great and we are hopeful the problem is solved. Unfortunately my lawyer did have to get invovled with a few letters but we are finally done. I hope Don has learned in the least to treat customers with more respect, especially as a woman, and to collaborate in the solution in a more timely manner, as a team, not minimizing the issue to avoid responsibility.

Truly awful. Not only do they take forever to get back to you with any information, they charge an insane restocking fee if you change your mind on anything you purchase (even if it’s unopened). They pocket an additional 10% on top of the manufacturer’s restocking fee. Take your business elsewhere. This place is a horror show when it comes to customer service. Just read the reviews on various sites. I wish I had.

let me explain something to you Kerri, Rafael gave me a quote, I said great let's do it. He never followed up, asked for a deposit or ordered them. I'm a busy person I waited for 5 months to find out he NEVER ordered them or ASKED me for a deposit After I left repeated voicemails and emails which he said he never received. I finally followed up and voiced my displeasure. I paid a deposit and he finally ordered them. I waited patiently for another 4 months. I had to follow up AGAIN and found out they were sitting in your warehouse for over 1 month. The PROBLEM is YOUR sales people!!!! I told you this in person. Don't bother commenting back on reviews, DO SOMETHING about your pathetic staff! How dare you list my name in your comment, extremely unprofessional and a violation of Yelp policy. The fact you comment defending your sales staff really shows how little you care about customer relations/business.

Do not waste time with getting windows/doors here. We started the process 2 years ago (May 2021) windows installed in November- December 2022 (most of them but also with a wrong door that was ordered incorrectly by their sales person) and are still waiting on outstanding items/project not completed and they don't even bother to follow up. For how much money we spent here you would think that they would be on top of getting us everything we need/correct parts. Beyond disappointed. They guy who installed (outside contractor) has had to constantly be on ASD- otherwise I'm sure they wouldnt even bother to follow up. Not sure what we'll do for the rest of our house but definitely not returning here. There has to be a better process and better products somewhere else.

Excellent guidance on selecting the right product for our window & door schedule on a new construction project. Tim Davis was most helpful throughout the process and made sure that Fleetwood came through for us not just in terms of quality and timeline, but also without any backorders. It's not just about the window company but who you work with as dealer. Agoura Sash & Door came through for us big time. Excellent pricing. Superior service.

I was the only person in the store, and walked around for 5 minutes with a door handle in my hand while looking at the display walls. Not one of the 3 people at their desks could even be bothered to say "hello", let alone ask if I needed help. I just left & ordered all the door handles, cabinet fixtures & hinges I needed online (almost $2K). I like to support my local businesses, but if they can't be bothered, I have no problem taking my business elsewhere. I suggest you do they same, and avoid these snobs... I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my time...

If you live in a place long enough you're going to need to eventually change a window, replace a door, or need some hardware. If so, don't go to Home Depot or one of the other big box places. Go check out the awesome local people at Agoura Sash & Door. I had a great experience with them on multiple occasions. Thanks for the great service! I was shown windows by Travis. He was very knowledgeable, and he said he would send me a quote the following business day. I waited a few days--nothing. I wrote a few times--nothing. I called and left him a message--nothing. I finally spoke to a nice woman there and she made him get on the phone. He had an annoyed attitude, and refused to apologize or explain why he hasn't returned my messages or emails. He basically ghosted a potential customer. I told him that he promised a quote and I was waiting almost a week--did he want the business? He still remained quiet and annoyed that I was bothering him. I think Travis only likes to deal with large sales, not a few windows and 2 sliders. He finally sent the quote, but not after aggravating me to tears after my chasing him down. I ended up going with another company that immediately sent the quote and got the job done very well. I think the owners of this place need to put a check on their Gen Z sales staff. I waited quite a few months to write this because I wanted to write this with a clear mind. I actually feel bad for the owners and they should know that Travis is a ghoster and the business lost an easy sale of just under $10K! I will be happy to remove this review if the owners were to respond. I wrote this to alert them.

I have gone into this store numerous times to purchase a front door and hardware. I have never once been greeted by even a single salesperson and when I have requested help they have been rude and unprofessional. I would rather drive a hundred miles than ever step in that place again.
