Gary at Swickard Acura of Thousand Oaks and everyone at this dealership provided the best customer service I've ever dealt with. We had fun. They made it enjoyable process even though I wasn't planning on buying a car. But I did and I'm very grateful I did.

This is the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! The staff (Dave of Finance and Aron of sales) were amazing, attentive, responsive and helped me get a new summer ? love. The personal touches made me feel spoiled & pampered. When I received a test message from Aron that my new baby was ready, on the showroom floor with a big red bow on it, my heart melted. Thanks so much for a fantastic car buying experience, it was worth the drive from the Bay Area.

Pleasant service staff but very poor communication on status of car from beginning to end of the service by text. Service went one day longer due warranty approval and parts, which is fine but the communication was poor due to that and this created issue for us and our commitments. Not transition of communication when service representative took the day off. Such a headache for us!

I have been bringing my car for service here for over 5 years and hands down Ervin has been the best to work with over the years. Ervin is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and committed to delivering a great experience for his clients. It’s hard to find people like him in any service sector, let alone a dealer! Great experience!
