My family and I have been using Ace Cleaners for years. Not only are they fantastic at what they do, but they have been very accommodating. I run a very busy business and sometimes my clothes need to be finished on a shorter schedule than it would take. They always take care of me and my family. I highly recommend you go there.

I cannot say enough great things about this cleaner. There was a last minute change for a bridesmaid's dress that I needed for my sister's wedding. I brought the dress in to Ace cleaners on a Monday and needed it by Wednesday. The dress was completely trashed, with dirt all over it. When I brought it in, they were shocked at the state of the dress. Not only were they able to clean it, it was ready the day I needed it. In addition, they also had time to sew a tear in the dress. Unfortunately, when that day came I was unable to make it to the cleaners in time before they closed. Since I was leaving the next morning from LAX at 4:00 a.m., I was completely panicked. I tried calling their number, and was able to get the emergency phone number. I left a message with the emergency phone number, and got a call back about an hour later. They were nice enough to come back to the shop and open up for a friend to come pick up the dress and save the day. Needless to say, they went above and beyond with their service, and I will only return to them for any of my other cleaning needs. Highly recommend!

Poor communication - when dropping off my clothes for cleaning, I was told that the employee did not know how much each dress shirt would cost to clean, because her daughter handles the pricing. Poor pricing - I had my shirts cleaned in Santa Monica for less $$$. Bad math - I was charged for 7 shirts, when I only brought 6 shirts in. I didn't realize until I got home. I have to take responsibility for this one - should have gotten and read the receipt. Easy decision to find another cleaner. This was especially disappointing, given the 4 star rating at the time of my visit. The customer in front of me at pickup was similarly disappointed with the level of service. Save yourself some frustration.

When I was very young in the 90s I used to go to Ace Cleaners with my parents. I still do and am now much older. They have always had AWESOME friendly service and are really competent and fairly priced. I have moved and continue to go there because they do an excellent job! Highly recommended!Service: Alterations

Updated Review: After posting my review, Stephanie called right away and asked me to bring my clothes so that they could find the issue and redo my clothes. They were able to correct the smell and she was great to work with. --------------- I dropped off three items and they looked good when I picked them. However, when I got home and put them in my clothes hanger, I noticed a strong smell on my clothes. As if they had been worn by someone else with strong body odor

I bought some American Girl clothes and hats on Craigs list for my niece's Christmas present and wanted them cleaned. They were worried about the hats, that they might be supported with paper, but would try their best. The hats and clothing came back like new. They also arranged everything in a box with tissue paper so all I had to do was wrap it. Thank you Ace for doing such a great, job and being so detailed. The gift was a huge success.

This is my first time using Ace. They were recommended to me by a good friend. They were amazing. Very friendly and helpful and when they knew I had a special circumstance they ended up getting my alterations done sooner than expected to help me out. I will be a return customer for sure and I will recommend them in return. I really appreciated the speedy and excellent service.

I've been coming to Ace for around 15 years for dry cleaning and tailoring needs. They are fantastic. Stephanie is so helpful and you can be sure if you have something that needs sewing, hemming, altering, etc. that it will be done well. The seamstress is very, very good. You'll need to be patient if 'mom' is the only one working, as there are a few language barriers, but they all treat the customers kindly and with utmost respect. Prices have gone up a bit, but the few times I went to a cleaners a bit closer to where I work, they were even higher, so I think it's dry cleaning in general, and not just this store. If I've ever had an urgent need to get something cleaned in a hurry, they've always been able to accommodate me.
