Abram cleaned our area rug. And it turned out really well. It had been awhile since it had been cleaned and it looks and feels brand new now. The rug was picked up from our house and delivered back. Abram extremely knowledgeable in the rug business.

Abram Import is an excellent company. When I first entered the shop, I took a moment to look around at the nice carpets. I had no intention of purchasing one initially. However, after listening to Abraham explain how they make rugs, using materials naturally dyed in various colors and woven into beautiful designs, I realized it was a form of art. It brings meaning and a cheerful atmosphere to any house. I discovered some beautiful rugs that I think would fit perfectly in my living room. I plan to put one there to enhance the overall aesthetic and provide a welcoming shine for visitors.

The store has an impressive selection of Persian, Nepal, Oriental Carpets, modern, and contemporary rugs, all handmade with high-quality wool and silk materials.The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the different types of rugs and helped me find the perfect fit for my home decor. Their customer service was excellent and they went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. I got a free pad for my carpet and they did not charge me for delivery. Best carpet store in the area.The prices were reasonable and I found the quality of the rugs to be exceptional. We were in need of a new rug and options previously available in our area are gone. We visited many stores in the valley etc., and remembered seeing a store in the Oaks Mall. What a find! Everyone in the store was extremely helpful. We provided a swatch of what we had in mind and they found the perfect rug. Abram himself delivered the rug to confirm sizing etc. The level of service far exceeded what we experienced anywhere else. In addition, the rug is a good value. We highly recommend Abram Imports.

After running around for days including the valley and Los Angeles I remembered I had seen a rug store at the Oaks Mall. What a find! I had a swatch of what I had in mind and they found us a beautiful rug! Everyone at the store was extremely helpful. Abram himself delivered the rug and made sure of sizing etc. Bottom line, we have a beautiful rug and a great value compared to what we had seen and a new "go to" rug store. If they don't have what you want they will make it! Don't waste your time running around like we did! Highly recommend!
