We now have the most beautiful floors and carpets thanks to A1 Carpet and Flooring. I couldn't be more happy with the floors. You should see how my daughter rolls around on the carpet because it feels soooo good!! I highly recommend working with Herach! He really took care of me and answered all my questions. A+ you guys!!

Exceptional place!!! Steve and I wanted to replace the carpet in our Agoura Hills home and knew we wanted to do wood flooring. We went to multiple places and then I found A-1 Flooring in Thousand Oaks through Yelp, so we stopped by one day. Shawn was extremely helpful and patient while we selected our wood floors. He is very knowledgeable about laminate vs engineered wood vs hardwood. Of all the places we had been to (including a discount commercial supplier), A-1 had the best prices. Installation was exceptional, too. From Benecio, who oversaw the first half of our install (because we are also remodeling our kitchen), to Jeremiah, who oversaw the last half of our install, the work was clean, professional and precise. We couldn't be happier and I strongly recommend this flooring store for your needs. I will definitely use them again in the future. Feel free to reach out to me for a personal recommendation. AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER.\nBack in October of 2021 had A1 Carpet Flooring at 2895 Thousand Oaks Blvd, Thousand Oaks, CA 91362 come in to our 2 story home to install 3600 sqft of what we thought brand new Mohawk engineered wood laminate flooring.\nWhile installing the flooring on the stairs, we noticed several flaws such as chips and cracks and pointed them out to installer, he said owners need to come see it.\nOwners came in and admitted there are problems and assured us those steps will be replaced. (That was 18 Months ago and I am still looking at those chips and cracks every day)\nThe day after the Floor was installed, while we wipe off the floors clean, we noticed the color is coming off on some spots. We were shocked as this is a Mohawk engineered laminate wood claiming a lifetime warranty and scratch resistant and yet the color is coming off buy simply wiping it clean. It looked as they patched imperfections on most of the panels. We called A1 Carpet flooring, they came in and admitted this is a major problem and need to have the entire flooring replaced. They also came back with a Mohawk representative and admitted the same.\nSo we are now at the end of 2021 and A1 Carpet flooring started with their excuses: It is Holidays , Xmas, New year, Covid, We are very busy right now, Need to order new flooring, product is back order, will bring you samples, how about next month and so on. The entire 2022 passed and as we lost confident in them and their armature installers, I demanded resolution and early this year they offered us a refund. We agreed as we just need to put an end to this.\nWeeks later, I kept calling and asking for the refund and was faced with a new tactic. A1 Carpet flooring started re-negotiating the refund amount.\nDesperate to put an end to this nightmare, I agreed to accept a lower amount. That was 5 weeks ago and still waiting.\n18 Months and over $35,000 spent and have a discolored, defective and wrongfully installed flooring.

A-1Carpet installed my new carpeting in a professional and courteous manner. Herach from A-1 listened to my needs and worked with me to find the perfect carpet for our home. The installer, Eddie did an amazing job and took care of my home while installing the carpet. There was one small issue at the end of the job which Herach took care of right away. We are thrilled with our new carpet and highly recommend A-1.

What a beautiful kitchen Kevin and his A1 team built for us! The cabinets are beautiful, very functional and a very clean, slick look. The installation went very well. They did a super job in measuring everything exactly and putting the kitchen together. Their personnel were polite and worked hard until the job was completed. The company they recommended for the countertops did a beautiful job. The management team was involved, supportive, friendly and very customer focused.

We give A-1 Carpet and Flooring our highest recommendation. Throughout the entire process, Herach was professional, courteous and helpful, and it was clear that our total satisfaction was extremely important to him. I also cannot say enough about the installers. These were some of the hardest working guys I've seen. Marco and his team were on time, professional, did excellent work on the floors, even more quickly than they estimated, and cleaned up when they were finished. They even moved some furniture into different rooms at our request. We couldn't be more satisfied with the results.

A-1 Carpet Flooring was hired to install laminate flooring into my home after we suffered some flooding and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the work. Herach was easy to work with and helped me choose the perfect flooring for my home. The pricing was very fair and they were willing to hold our laminate floors in their warehouse until we were ready for the install. He was good about communicating the workflow and what direction to give the installation crew. The installation team was equally great and the quality of work was outstanding. They were on time, friendly, and got the job done in a timely manner. They were very organized and would clean up at the end of the day. Marco took good direction and offered professional solutions for some of our issues with leveling parts of our slab with concrete work and doing some custom fit and finishing bits. Getting a floor installed by this company was the best decision we could have made. Super happy!!

Alex the owner is very accommodating. He has great wood flooring, tiles, and carpet for my home. Installation was easy and quick. Very good pricing! I have referred A-1 to friends and neighbors. They all have were happy. Also my HOA used A-1 for our clubhouse flooring. Check them out.

These guys deserve 100 stars. I can't even tell you how thrilled I am with my floors. The look absolutely amazing. Herach is the guy you want to talk to. He will help you with everything. The installers were clean, professional, and always on time and got the job done in a timely manner. My clients recommended A1 carpet in T O and they were correct. The pricing was perfect for my budget.

My wife and I recently purchased new carpet through out our house and laminated flooring for our two bathrooms and we are extremely satisfied with dealing with A-1 Carpet Flooring in Thousand Oaks. First our initial visit to the store and meeting with Sean M was a great experience. Sean took his time expanding the different brands of carpet explaining the pros and cons of each brand of carpet. Kevin who is the owner actually visit our house along with Sean and assured us prior to delivery and installation that everything is installed professionally and we would not have to move any furniture other than what would on top of each piece i.e. lamps, plants etc. They also made mentioned that when they pulled up the old carpet they might have to replace floor boards to help prevent the any sounds when walking on the new carpet and it might be an extra charge which is fully understandable. Now the important part, the installation was flawless and yes we had to replace some of the old floor boards which by the way were nail not screwed into the floor. Sean M was always available either by his cell phone or text messages. If he did not answer he would always call back. Somewhat a long explanation of a very satisfied customer but people need to know that they should feel comfortable dealing with A-1 Carpet Flooring especially when you are spending thousands of dollars on any type of flooring.
