Stopped to get gas the guy was incredibly rude don't stop here there's another gas station down the road they are way nicer and will help you out unlike this place he was very rude and I was stuck with no gas and couldn't help me out because I had a credit card and he refused to let me pay with it!

Not sure it's the gas stations fault but True Zero that manages the Hydrogen station here never returns phone calls and the fuel 95 % of the time is out of order meaning I can either drive to Woodland Hills or Santa Barbara,,; oh but those stations are usually out of order as well...and they charge $26.75 per KG which is about $18 per gallon equivalent when you factor for wasted fuel and wear and tear due to the extra miles? Also listed as green renewable fuel....so why $26.75 per KG if your not using natural gas ? If your obtaining the hydrogen from water research says it cost $2.00 per KG to manufacturer ?? Should be cheaper than unleaded not $18 per gallon for processed water.

Funny how only women are talking about how rude the employee is. In some cultures women are inferior so I guess that must be the issue? A rude and unhelpful employee on duty...Fake out of order bathroom signs to avoid cleaning them, and the highest price on gas for miles around add up for the perfect mix of a one star. Plus the owner is too cheap to get a real door knob. It looks like someone's dog jumped up and chewed it. I'm just trying to put 120 bucks of super unleaded in my car. Being nice and helpful wouldn't hurt. I'd rather run out of gas getting to the next location than fill up at this guy's place.

The guy was taking out the trash ok i get that but why come at me yelling and scaring me while asking if i need help the place is clean but needs better workers with nicer attitude

My mom stopped here because her vehicle was operating strangely. Mike was so thoughtful and checked the car out and even test drove it to see if he could identify what my mom was describing. He located a fuse that needed replaced and ran diagnostics. He only charged us for a small amount of oil but none of his time or labor. Frankly, it was clear how much Mike cares about people. I made sure we fueled both of our cars there and will be sure to support this shop in the future. Many thanks to Mike for his kindness.

you guys charged me $100 while the pumps were locked for 4th of july and i didnt realize till after i inserted my debit card. i wasnt able to get any gas yet i was still charged $100. once you guys refund me the money for the gas i never got i will remove the one star review. thanks, Andrew Wright

Stopped to get gas on Sunday 6/14 at 9:30. Guy working behind the counter was incredibly rude. Will never come here again.

Rudest employees ever!! Needed air in my tires and you would have thought I asked for his left arm to turn the air on. The air stayed on for 2 minutes and had to go back in and ask again where i was ignored and then made to feel I was REALLY putting the guy out. Air went off after a minute which I'm sure was intentional. Don't usually leave these reviews, but it was so ridiculous as I believe it's a flick of a switch. Where is the customer service these days?
