I take my 11-year-old nephew here for CrossFit a couple times a week, and the gentleman he works with is so good with him. It's almost impossible to get him off the computer and get him motivated to do activities so we really appreciate the effort.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. When I started at 3 Elements, I was overweight and out of shape. I had never been very strong before. Within about 4 months of working out here, I was down to a healthy weight and over the last four years, I've upped my strength and stamina to levels I never thought I could achieve. They have classes at 6am, 9am, noon and 5:30pm so they can accommodate a variety of schedules. It may be a bit pricy compared to traditional gyms, but the trainers here are superb and will work with you wherever you are at. So it was worth every penny!

I was visiting a friend for the week who invited me to join her on her morning workouts at 3 Elements. I am a nurse and have been a yoga, meditation, and mindfulness teacher for almost 20 years, as well as having been a runner, cross-fitter, and weight-lifter. I've worked with some very good teachers and instructors of body/movement modalities. And the folks at 3 Elements are some of THE BEST. Each day had a challenging, yet do-able workout that was fun and safe. For every exercise, the trainers -- all friendly, professional, and clearly skilled -- offered modifications or levels or challenge in a non-competitive manner. They struck what I think is the very hard balance of encouraging good effort without pushing people to do more than they are capable of or ought to do. There was a comraderie among the group of morning regulars which, to me, speaks to the kind of culture the owners of 3 Elements have created and facilitate for both their trainers and their clients. My only complaint is that I had to leave after a week! I actually saw changes in my body after one week of working out with the 3 Elements crew. I also learned a lot that I am now incorporating into my previous weight-lifting focused workout. Thank you, 3 Elements!

I absolutely love 3 Elements! The trainer led workouts are really effective in shedding fat and building muscle. The workouts are always different and challenging, I've never been bored by doing the same thing over and over. The trainers always take into consideration the student's limitations and offer modifications for each exercise. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and warm as well as motivating, they always drive us to get the most of every workout. 3 Elements has allowed me to get back into the shape I was in in my 40's and helps keep me there. Thank you, Dixon and all the trainers at 3 elements. YOU ROCK!

Great workout. Great coaches. Great people. I feel I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to three elements lifestyle. The workouts are always different so you don’t get bored the coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful with showing the correct way to do the exercises. I always leave the class feeling great.

I've done 3 workouts here and I'm hooked! I was really missing my pre covid group workouts and decided to give this place a go. The people are great, The workouts are challenging, and It's so clean! So happy I found them!

Amazing place to work out at and great team of people that run it! You will get a great workout and have fun while doing it! The trainers are exceptional and the group of people you work out with are also very cool and make it more enjoyable.

I had to have my spine fused and went to a few different physical therapy places before finding Thousand Oaks Posture. If you're being treated here, you are LUCKY because this is the first place that has given me results. I love Thousand OaksPosture!

I am so glad I found this gym! The amazing trainers are getting me into better shape than I’ve been in a looong time, and they are really great on knowing proper form so you can avoid injury. I also love all the other members who are always so supportive! Highly recommend!

This is a hidden gem in Newbury Park!! I walked in and found families, kids, older folks, young folks (even a dog) moving around, exercising and having fun. The owner has a huge passion for health and helping the community get strong and healthy. If you are looking for a great workout, this is the place!

3 Elements is a great alternative to the big, crowded gym! We are lucky to have this as an option in the Conejo Valley. Personal classes, weight loss...great programs for kids and the owner is knowledgeable and kind!!
