Worst experience ever ! Had my package stolen and they make it impossible to get your money back through claims. They said my package was delivered to a non existent garage. I believe my package was stolen because this isn’t the first time my packages are opened and then left infront of my house. The package that was “delivered” was a laptop so ofcourse they took it. I went to the Coachella USPS office they did nothing. I went to the thermal one and a worker said the manager or supervisor would call me the next day I got no call back. You need to watch who you hire. They keep stealing packages.

I'd really like to know who delivers the mail to my home I have a thermal zip code that I'm told Coachella delivers a mail both these post offices are subpar. The post office it should be delivering my mail has a substation in Salton City California it is unsecure the employees are part of the convenience store attached to it, it's a joke!

Paul Campbell, the postmaster, showed the utmost respect to a videographer. The YouTube videoYOU WON'T BELIEVE THIS AUDIT. BUT IT REALLY DID HAPPEN.He was kind, respectful, and very professional. He is exactly what all Post Masters should be in our Country.

Love this Post Office, all the clerks are very friendly and helpful, compare to other post office in a near by city. :-) post office had a remodel a few years ago which make this even better. They offer several postal services are very knowledgeable of their services options and you go in and out quick :-)

Great service! I live in coachella but i prefer using the post office in thermal! There is no lane and they are quick!
