The facility is really clean and the staff work very well together. They are communicative and include the family in all decisions. I feel my Mom is getting excellent upbeat care. They offer many food options and work toward rehabilitating my Mom in a very respectful manner.

Really happy with the care mom received at Vineyard Hills. It's a quality facility with friendly, helpful staff who are there to support the patients and their families alike. Veronica, the case manager, went above and beyond to help arrange services for mom after discharge, and provided clear communications all the way through.

BEWARE!!!! In the past I have heard nothing good about this facility and now that my wife was there I can with authority say that all the bad things I've heard are TRUE. With very few exceptions (Elva Hernandez was great) the staff are slow to respond, lack gentleness, are rude and in no way were we receiving the service we were expecting. My wife had knee replacement surgery and was sent there in order to receive regular physical therapy. The P/T has been sporadic and in my layman's opinion inadequate. I can only hope that this evaluation lands on the desk of someone who gives a damn about the facilities reputation and corrects some of our concerns. We finally became so completely fed up with the facility that we took it upon ourselves to request a discharge and take our chances at home.

WARNING !!!!! Very displeased with the care of my grandma got in this place. they displaced her knee fracture and force her to do physical therapy even though she was in so much pain she could even freaking breathe and the physical therapist was pushing down on her knee really hard as she was screaming in pain. then one of the nurses came in seen that she wasn't right and sent her to the ER (thankfully) but failed to call me and tell me any changes that was done with my grandma! when I was supposed to be contacted for any movement or changes or anything. then my grandma went to the ER and had second surgery on her knee and when the word "vineyard hills" came out she got so much anxiety and fear in her eye that I knew right there this place is a horrible place for anybody's family! I highly recommend looking into any other place for your family. I now have my grandma in danish care and she absolutely loves it and they're helping her so much better the physical therapist is so much nicer and the nurses are way more attentive. They've got her on a fast pace ready to come home very soon thank God for danish! Vineyard Hills is probably one of the worst businesses I have ever come across if I knew an attorney I would sue the dog piss out of this place! My grandma asked for pain pills and they acted like she was trying to get high they said is this normal does she normally ask for a lot of pain pills the most disrespectful nurses I've ever come across!
