My go-to boutique when I’m in the Templeton, CA area. Everything in the store is on my list of “wants”. The hidden gem though is the owner, Tamara. She is absolutely wonderful! They offer layaway as well. Do not miss this boutique!!!

I have been shopping at Upscale Resale for many years. I do not live in the area but get up there cat least 3 times a year. Tamara has an always welcoming and my friends and I spend about two hours there looking at the clothes and talking with her.
