Horrible experience. I am in my 60s and have lived all over the U.S. and have had many, many stylists. I was treated very rudely today by Kasey at this salon. I have been visiting throughout the last year to the Central Coast and looking for a salon for my regular visits. I was bringing my color with me along with the formula used by my colorist. My regular person tweaked my formula 4 weeks agin and I brought the color with me in case I liked the change. I wasn't sure if I was going to like it so for the last 4 weeks tried it out. I was jumped on because I did not inform her ahead of time that the formula changed. As I was bringing my own color products with me and paying my out of state colorist for the these products, I had asked if Casey could order my color. This was prior to the tweak. I was paying my colorist and Casey was not discounting my service, so I thought it only fair she would order the color. I felt it was also more fair to my out of state colorist not to have to buy the color. I called her after I left the salon as it was so upsetting. She told me unused color can be returned, but I was greeted rudely over it. I was told by her that I was only thinking of myself and I can't understand that comment. She told me there are plenty of other salons I can go to. I was paying for a full service, yet supplying color every time I came. In front of other customers she was berating me. I couldn't wait to leave and will never recommend her to anyone looking for a salon. I work for a major corporation where customer service is number one. She has no concept of what that is. There are so many other ways she could have handled this, but she chose to be rude and quite frankly mean. I will make sure to warn anyone thinking of using this salon to beware or at least not use Kasey.

Ella is great and very professional. She knew exactly what I wanted and I completely trust her. Her foil placements for highlights is ?? and she has so much confidence in her abilities which put my nerves at ease. I am an extremely picky ex hairstylist and Ella went above and beyond my expectations.

Had my first haircut in a while after growing my hair out. Ella did an amazing job hearing out my requests and performing. Atmosphere was very laid back and comfortable. Couldn't be happier with the result and I will now be coming regularly.

Best haircut of my life, multiple haircuts here and I'm happy every time. Kasey is literally the best ever, she always makes me feel at home. Cute vibe, homey, very personal experience every time. I will travel back here again and again to get my hair cut here.

well my golly I can't believe that I haven't said anything nice about the nines since 2011 holy cow. anyway Kelly has been cutting her hair for some time and she just does a wonderful job and we're always happy to go here and it's easy enough to schedule but man are they busy so schedule up in advance go get them and you'll be happy we schedule back-to-back appointments my wife and I and she just just takes care of us thanks Kelly we appreciate it

Best haircuts and styles I've had since I've lived in California, and especially since I've lived in the Paso Robles/Templeton area!!!! Kasey's hairstyling is consistently the "BEST" around in my book, but I've heard the same compliments from other customers about the other stylists in this salon as well, including some of my co-workers. Thank you all for the "great" jobs you do!!!

Kelley is the best! I get highlights & lowlights to cover my grey (which keeps increasing yearly!). She knows color and how to use it. I love the way she cuts my hair also. Great with textured ends. Overall would highly recommend

After years of struggling to find a barber or hair stylist whose skills and appointment setting process fit my needs and busy schedule, I've found the right place. It was easy to get an appointment, the salon is very well equipped, the staff was very friendly, helpful and my stylist Kelly was able to tame my multiple cow licks and ultra wavy hair on the first visit. The test of a great stylist is how your haircut looks several weeks later. It's been three weeks and it still looks great and is easy to style each day. Very important factors for me.

I've been to all of the stylists. They are all excellent! I'm always happy with my salt and pepper haircuts! They have great treatments for my hair, too!

Great blowout services and super attentive staff. I've dealt with my fair share of hair stylists who didn't know what to do with my curly and frizzy hair--- this place made me look like I was born with luscious locks.
