Took my mother in today, to the very caring and personable office of SLO motion shoes.My mother has walked each step with a limp and pain for the last 30 years of her life...she walked out of the appointment with her very own personal insoles, a smile and excitement for the future she will have without hurt. The staff was amazing and took the extra time and steps to make sure my mom was satisfied and also stated to come back if necessary. What a great experience.

It was an ok experience. The lady was nice enough. Not a wide selection of shoes. They mostly deal with people from the hospital I think that need help with their feet. I did not want her to put my shoes on for me and she was confused about it but I just said no it's cool I can put the shoes on myself :). I ended up with a new pair of hokas. No deals or discounts but that's ok. I like to support local businesses when I can. So there ya go. It's a middle of the run experience, not good not bad.

Great customer service. Very nice and polite ladies. Lots of sandels, hiking boots, running shoes trail or street, socks, and they will look at your gait on a treadmill. Super cool. Masks are still required here.

I ordered orthotics for capsulitis online, i got them really quick. I tried them and they were super uncomfortable, which is to be expected with orthotics at first. It was just more than the norm and was painful in spots I didn't expect to hurt. I tried to return them because I decided they were not going to work out for me. I spoke with a man, (can't remember his name) really laid back and easy going fella. I was informed I could return them because they are basically customized orthotics. The gentleman spoke with me, heard my concerns and what I had been dealing with and recommended I give them another try when my feet were not so sensitive. I did just that and although my issue is not completely resolved yet, I am happy to report I've seen A LOT of improvement, less pain and inflammation, and I can be much more on my feet than previously. So thank you to the gentleman for hearing me out and giving me your advice!

I'm a male runner that have had a lot of ball of feet pain and second toe capsulitis I've been dealing with for 5 years now. Have tried so many different things and nothing ever gives me much relief where I can run. I purchased the Slomotion orthotics for the second toe capsulitis and they were simply awful to run in. Way to heavy for running, they weigh as much as my running shoes. Hopefully the Slomotion orthotics help some runners but sure did not me. I wore then about a week at work walking around trying to get them broke in , but just did not help me in any way.

I recently ordered custom orthotics from the online store. I’ve been desperate for some relief from my aching feet. A week as gone by and no one has responded to my attempts to contact them about shipping ETA. The website says 2 day guaranteed shipping.... Apparently not accurate. Please don’t order unless your prepared to wait...and wait....and wait in silence. As your bank account is debited

I live in San Jose and wanted to drive down to get precise measurements for the insoles I wanted. But alas COVID19 shelter in place is a thing and online order is the only option.I ordered the capsulitis insoles that has the 2nd toe cutout to relieve pressure off of my 2nd right toe. And ordered a regular met bar + metatarsalgia padding for the left one that is currently not in pain. The store straight up called me to verify and explain what's going on so Im thankful for thatSomehow, even without an in person fitment, the custom insoles fit me! Finally got some relief of my 2nd toe for the first time since my injuryThank you facebook ad! And the price point is absolutely fair considering quality and how each insole is made-to-orderEdit: my podiatrist is impressed with the quality and was stoked i found this vs going the expensive custom route. And also my chriopractor is quite impressed too!

I came in pretty close to closing time and they stayed open late just for me without making me feel rushed or that I was an inconvenience. I came in pretty close to closing time and they stayed open late just for me without making me feel rushed or that I was an inconvenience. This is the only place I will get my shoes. The people there are so knowledgeable and courteous and literally wait on you hand and foot. I came in right before they were closing and they had no problem staying open late just for me. They did not rush me they did not pressure me. I would highly recommend coming here to purchase your work shoes your dress shoes and your everyday shoes.
