Front office staff rude and inconsiderate. Any front office encounter makes or breaks a business. I will not be returning.

My dr emailed a lab request at 10:00 am, I went there after noon to drop off a urine specimen, they made me wait 30 min to ‘verify’ the order and claimed they didn’t have the order. Surly staff and unprofessional. Will never go there again.

Labcorp's turnaround time for lab results is significantly slower than its competitors. It could seriously harm their reputation and customer trust if they don't make improvements soon. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
