I was introduced to Embers Living via the YouTube videos. Although I live 1,500 miles away, I now buy all of my BBQ items through them and their cooperative and efficient online sales staff. First rate service and competitive pricing. The Wildfire 42" grill I bought from them was delivered on-time with no shipping cost. I recommend that everyone buy their BBQ items through them if they want high quality and excellent customer service.

We ordered all of our appliances and cabinet doors for our outdoor kitchen from Embers. The folks at Embers have been very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. We had the items shipped to Georgia and while there was shipping damage from the trucking company, Embers was so helpful in solving this issue and went above and beyond what we expected. We highly recommend Embers. Thanks Beau, Braeden, Zain and everyone else that help us along the way.

I don’t normally do reviews, but it’s necessary this time! This is for the outstanding customer service I received from Tiana, who was most helpful in sourcing an electric fireplace for me.
I started a live chat through the Embersliving website. By the time I had made my decision and completed the purchase, it was a good 20-30 minutes after closing hours. Did I mention this was on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend??? Completely satisfied. I have something for Trevor too: GO BEARSS! ???

When I entered the showroom, Randy greeted us immediately. Randy was helpful & patient, as he walked me through the different features and prices for grills - I wasn't ready to buy just yet, so Randy wrote me a quote to capture what we discussed. I ended up calling back a couple days later, and the purchasing process over the phone was very straightforward as we were able to reference the quote.

I was researching grills to buy and became interested in Napoleon Grills. I stumbled upon Trevor’s online videos and was pleasantly surprised to discover that their location wasn’t too far away.
So, I decided to visit the store in person to explore my options. Trevor, the friendly face behind those videos, patiently answered all my questions and expertly guided me toward the grill that suited my needs. His assistance made the decision process much smoother.
Now, let’s talk about the delivery. Unfortunately, there were some delays on the supplier’s side. However, the Embers team kept me well-informed about the grill’s progress and when to expect it at their warehouse. I opted for delivery and the grill build service, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
Kudos to the entire team at Embers for their exceptional service

Embers is the place to purchase a fireplace. They also offer a good install contractor. I had some issues with the install, but the installer and Embers worked together for a solution. Turned out great !

I am commenting on my experience doing business from out of state with Embers Fireplaces. We purchased two electric fireplaces from Embers. The flames on one of them seemed to be less robust than they should have been. After some back and forth communication, it was decided that the unit should be replaced. Beau Parrott, the Customer Service Manager, went the extra mile to arrange the entire exchange with a very helpful attitude, and with no charge. We now have two beautiful fireplaces from Embers and are very happy with them.
I hesitated to order these large and expensive items from out of state, but Embers stood behind their product and kept us, their customers, happy. I would order from them again.

We are extremely pleased with our new Hestan grill purchased from Ember Livings. The sales team, particularly Tiana and her team, provided thorough assistance from start to finish. They kept us informed about our order and provided updates throughout the grill assembly process. Additionally, sales manager Beau offered invaluable guidance, even helping us with the LP gas connection. We highly recommend purchasing outdoor grills from this retailer.

These guys were super fantastic to work with. We live in Georgia & yet ended up ordering our 74” Dimplex electric fireplace through Embers in Colorado! Their salesperson was super knowledgeable and helpful, we feel like we got the best deal possible, and he made it so easy for us to just pay online with a link that he sent to us. It was a complicated transaction because we needed to use multiple cards, and their system even made THAT easy. The shipment came super fast - we were shocked how quickly it arrived. We ended up missing a couple of small parts from the package, and their customer service made things right immediately. We would absolutely order from them again & highly recommend them!

I received my Napoleon Pro665, well packaged, and cudos to your shipping department and chosen carrier Dayton Freight. Very courteous driver, encouraged me to inspect it before it came off the truck. The grill was received without issue, now finalizing arrangements to connect to Nat gas line. Thanks again to Tiana for making this a smooth transaction.
