I DO NOT recommend using this auto detailing service. Very poor communication and follow up. We spoke 2 different times on the phone over a 2 week period. The first time when he said he could fit me in, he asked me to send him my location info via text but he never responded to the text to confirm and then NO SHOWED me. I was very polite when I called him a few days later and rescheduled. He told me he could come the following Saturday at 8am and asked me to text him my address once again. Just like the previous time, he never responded to confirm our appointment but I assumed he was coming. BUT just like the previous COMMUNICATION FAILURE, I once again was left with another NO SHOW. No text to reschedule, No apology, No acknowledgment of the poor service delivery. Hmmm…I’m removing Carlos Mobil Detailing from my contacts.

Look no further if you need a detail in the central coast. Carlos is THE man for the job. My headlights have been looking a bit dull, and I let Carlos know and he got them looking brand new. Very meticulous when it comes to doing his job ! He’s coming to clean the rest of my fleet

Carlos came out early this morning and did a detail for us on my husband's Insight. He did a wonderful job, very thorough, quick and he was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Our car looks so nice! We will definitely be using him again!

My guy, Carlos is legit! At first there was a misunderstanding due to my end. Once Carlos came through, he turned my headlights new again! I’m talking nobody was able to do this, and he shined them perfectly. They’re 100% new looking now. He also decided to clean and polish my engine bay which the car looks beautiful now. Thank you Carlos and I’ll be using your service again!

Carlos was great. He came out an hour after I called him on a Monday. Full hand wax with detail inside and out for $85. He spent about 2.5 hours and really took his time. He had his own purified water in his van. Very professional, courteous and wore a mask the entire time. Would recommend.
