I had no problems, staff was nice and friendly. I was constantly hungry after waking up from surgery and they were nice enough to give me as much jello as I wanted. Only stayed 1 night, this was with the out patient facility so my personal OBGYN preformed my surgery and came to release me the next day after checking up on me. I had my own room with a bathroom in it.

Very attentive, genuinely nice people. They took excellent care of us, I wish more hospitals cared as much

The girl in the front Angeleina is horrible at attending. Also a very overweight lady from the back is rude as well and made a racist statement towards me and was talking very loudly veryunprofessional.

Excellent experience in the emergency room. On the evening of 1/5, my husband took a fall and it was evident that he needed stitches. In addition, he hurt his ribs and shoulder. He received quick and thorough care in the ED. CT, x-rays, lab work, ultrasound and sutures. We were treated with kindness and professionalism. We are lucky to have TCCH in our community.

This hospital is a disgrace! there is no communication and if there is it changes day to day with no one knowing why. my sister was there for two weeks and i would have an understanding from the on duty nurse but that was regularly not communicated to the next shift. The Case Managers obviously worked for the hospital and not the patient. wanting to get rid of her as soon as possible even before her treatment were not complete. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hospital if possible!

The first time I went to the Twin Cities Community Hospital was after I had experienced death twice in June 2019 when my heart stopped beating but was revived by my implanted defibrillator. When I entered the hospital, I was seen immediately because my pulse rate was well over 200 beats per minute. Within three hours, they had hydrated me, brought my heartbeat to normal, and I was sent home after having received excellent care. This afternoon, I went to the hospital after I had a freak accident in which I hit my shin on the corner of my front door and put a gash into leg. I should have gone to the ER but simply used pressure on the wound by using bandages and wrapped tightly tape around my leg. The next day, I tried to get an appt. with my primary care doctor but was told the soonest I could see him was within a month. I changed my bandages daily but my wound was not healing well so I went to the ER. I had to wait two hours but I was determined to get in and it was well worth the wait. When the nurse unwrapped my bandage and saw my wound and my inflamed leg, the ER team went into action. A doctor immediately came in, assessed the issue, and then requested 4 blood tests with two in each arm to see if the infection had gone to my right side, an Xray, and an UltraSound to see if a bone had been infected that could have led to an amputation. Needless to say, I was worried because my 87 year mother had her right leg amputated below her right knee amputated after a botched surgery to remove plaque in her carotid artery, sent to a nursing home where she spent her last 5 years with mediocre care, and I had to pay off a $360,000 bill that resulted in me in losing my home, my savings, and my pension and have been living in poverty in an RV since 2015. I had a the unique experience of having all of my tests in my small room. They have a portable X-ray machine and the friendly Asian technician came into my room took 4 X-rays, this was followed by the professional UltraSound technician from Afghanistan who had immigrated, studied for 3 years to learn his profession, and conducted an exam right in my room, and all of the tests were examined in house. Once all of the tests had been examined by my doctor, he came in and gave me a positive report on my blood tests, X-rays that revealed that there was no infection in my bones, and my ultrasound tests were all positive. The last member of their team, came in to carefully bandage my wound. He attentively cleaned my leg and was worried that he was causing pain but I have a high tolerance for pain so after it was bandaged, another member of the team came in and told me that I had been referred to their in house Wound Clinic and would be contacted within 24 hours to have them make an appointment to cure my wound. I was contacted at 9:00 am this morning and they have a long waiting list but will try to schedule me in as soon as they can. I was then given my release papers. As I limped down the hallway, the entire team was all sitting behind the desk with the doctor in the first seat. It truly is a team and they all work in tandem to provide their first class medical service. I thanked all of them and was glad to return home and not have to be hospitalized.

I would give this hospital a zero if possible. My husband came in on an ambulance today with chest pain and horrible pain in his stomach and the RN who did his in take was extremely disrespectful. She said it was going to be a 5 hour because he wasn't dieing. Not only that but their was an 80 year old man who had been waiting already for over 4 hours next to him almost in tears because he was in so much pain and she completely did not care. That is elder abuse. I could not believe what this lady was doing and how she was treating these patients. She should not be a nurse and needs to be reported. Me or my family will NEVER go to this hospital ever again. With that being said my husband just walked out. You are better off getting treated at urgent care then here.

I was here in Oct. kidney stones. Perfect treatment. Impressive pain relief FAST. Yesterday April 27th I returned. I had Surgery April 18th at French Hospital to blast Kidney Stones. Wheeled out to a waiting vehicle. Yesterday one of the stones trying to pass got lodged in my Kidney and I was back for emergency pain relief. Anna, Annie, Nikki were all so nice but Courtney, OMG, I fell in love with her immediately. (Not like that) She was kind and funny while sticking a needle in my arm. She kept me smiling and as comfortable as possible while I was writhing in pain and I needed that. As soon as I felt the pain subsiding, the Dr. had me CT scanned. Dr. William Wright. He spent time explaining how it was happening, what I was experiencing and what to expect and how taking the 2 medicines I got from the V.A. Cancelled each other out so here I was. I didn't know that before and that was very important information. It could have kept me out of the Er. So, all of the excellent care but only 3 stars? A "Nurse" (I think) walked in and asked if I felt good enough to drive? Wait what? 20 minutes ago I had an IV of Dilantin put in me. I explained that I had someone picking me up when it was time. She said "Great, you're done, you're discharged. Any questions?" I told her "I don't think so. I just go?" And she said "Yes, you're officially discharged" and she walked out while I was sitting on the ER room bed. So, I was sitting in a bed in the ER. My head was swimming, but I got up and I found my way out the door and stood outside waiting for my ride. I felt faint and a little confused and thought about going back inside to sit or lay down but couldn't find my mask. I know it could be petty, but I've been wheeled out before. It was actually mandatory and the ride was verified. I was kind of rocking back and forth and My ride showed up and that's all I remember. I don't remember buckling my seatbelt, how we got out of the parking lot or even getting home. I'm kind of surprised that I could just get up, find my way out and voila' be gone? I'm wondering what if I HAD driven? What if I fell outside? If I'm making a big deal out of this, I apologize and will take this down. I'm just surprised that I could just find my own way out and what if I had lied? What if I drove myself home and didn't make it to the Street? I was certainly under the influence of something. I know "But did you die?" Might be the comment of some, but I'm just replaying what I remember between now and the past discharge protocol.

Tonight at 10:20 pm I took my son in for a swollen knee! He had no trauma to the site but he does have hereditary gout issues. The Dr (Clark) came out to the waiting area and triaged my son before the triage nurse called us back! Long story short we signed in at 10:20 and left by 11:20! Matt, the triage nurse was wonderful as was Dr Clark!!!

I am not sure why Twin City gets bad wraps. Every one that I had contact with was so wonderful and helpful. My surgeon, Dr Mark Kowall was outstanding and I have done well with my recovery.

This is not the place you want to go to for any emergency, especially a stroke or heart attack. It is better than nothing but this is not the place to be for any serious medical emergency. I would say that they should be grateful that I do not take the time to articulate our recent experience. All that read this...consider yourselves warned. Demand a transfer to Sierra Vista or French. This is also the place where the MRI Technician that took my wife's MRI told her, after completing her MRI, "it looks like you did not have a stroke". The 2nd MRI confirmed the stroke. Also they have no Neurologist on staff for stroke patient.

This is honestly the WORST hospital I've ever been to. If I could leave 0 stars I would. My very first time walking in the lady at the front was SO rude! They put me in the covid section even though i wasn't there for covid reasons (it wasn't too much of a problem) but the lady was just RUDE! So rude I started crying. & IM THE TYPE TO BE RUDE BACK BUT SHE WAS SO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE & I WAS SO UPSET THAT I STARTED CRYING. The lady at the front desk came out to talk to me and calm me down & take me from the section. & SHE ALSO DID MOVE THE LADY FROM THE FRONT ENTRANCE BECAUSE SHE NOTICED & SEEN WHAT WAS GOING ON. I have been in and out of hospitals almost my whole 24 years & I've never came across one like this!! WHICH BRINGS ME TO TODAY 10/07/21 @5:27p.m , 6 MONTHS PREGNANT with a KIDNEY INFECTION!!!!!! NOT A UTI BUT A KIDNEY INFECTION!!! .. this MAN at the front was SO rude also!!! I walk in with my baby's father because I can't do much on my own & he starts hammering us with covid questions, he then goes to tell my partner he can't be in there unless he has the vaccine or a negative covid test from the past 24 hrs!!. I CAME TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM FOR A LIFE THREATENING EMERGENCY!!! NOT A F*CKING DR!! i quarantine so much & if I go anywhere I always wear my mask & ALWAYS use sanitizer for EVERYTHING literally after every single thing I do I sanitize. I don't believe in the vaccine!! My mom takes rapid covid tests all the time and she's always negative! We are SO strict about people coming around without testing first since we don't want to get the vaccine yet without further testing of it, etc! + My OB always test me for covid but I never expected to NEED proof to walk into the f****** ER!!!!!!! I DROVE 40 MINUTES TO THE ER JUST TO GET TURNED AWAY! & I'm not gonna leave my partner in the car the whole entire time when I KNOW IM GOING TO BE ADMITTED !!!! & no my partner can't drive home without a license!!! THEYRE ENTIRE STAFF ARE TERRIBLE & HORRIBLE ARSEH0LES!!! THEY NEED A WHOLE NEW LINE OF HEALTH WORKERS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!! All they care about is a check!!!!!! I DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE BIRTH HERE THATS HOW BAD IT IS!!! I will much rather drive 2+ hours to FRESNO/CLOVIS or SLO hospital!! If you go to this hospital be sure to have tough skin or they're gonna make you feel worthless!!! I don't understand how there is a hospital so ruthless & careless !!!!!!!!!!!!! I regret moving out here just because of this hospital. & I will never take my daughter here after she's born!!! ALL THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE DONT THINK WERE JUST OVER EXAGGERATING! This many bad reviews they should just close down by now. Not to mention on our way walking back out the man decides to say VERY SARCASTICALLY "Have a niceeee daaayyyy". I KNOW SARCASM WHEN I HEAR IT! If it were up to me I'd put hands on them but I'm not trying to go to jail I WILL NOT GIVE BIRTH HERE!! A LITTLE NOTE TO ALL TWIN CITIES HOSPITAL EMPLOYEES... !!! YOU DO NOT OVER POWER US PEOPLE!! YOU ARE NOT BETTER THEN US!!! YOU ARE NOT A POLICE OFFICER WITH AUTHORITY!!! YOUR DRS, NURSES, STUDENTS JUST COMING IN!! DATA ENTRYS & RECEPTIONIST!! DO YOUR JOB ACCORDINGLY!!!!!! STOP ACTING HIGH & MIGHTY LIKE YOUR ABOVE US!!!! God don't like UGLY!!!! Update: I came back because it was an emergency & I must say.. the guy at the front was VERY nice! They switched out whoever it was once I left. The night people are so much better then the day people in mine & my moms experience staying here. I got admitted and the delivery area is honestly so nice and the nurses were so caring. So much better then the downstairs. & my Dr. Thomas Is so nice! He sounded so professional and knew exactly what he was talking about & listened to everything I had to say. My dr and my nurses in the delivery area I loved! so i just had to add a few more stars, they have moved me back downstairs and I must say my nurse Colb
