“I’ve been coming here for oil changes, and today I needed a new battery. It’s always a challenge to find a shop nearby that can work on my car, especially since most places are either fully booked, don’t want to work on my car, or charge an arm and a leg. I get it – working on a European car isn’t cheap or easy. But today, the team went above and beyond. Not only did they fit me in last minute, but they also got everything done in time for me to make it to work. I really appreciate Dan and the whole team for taking the time to diagnose the issue and make the repairs, especially with their busy schedule. I’ve always felt that the service here is fair and transparent, and I’m grateful for that. Thanks again, everyone!”

“I did a DIY replacement for a part on my Sprinter but Mercedes requires it to be programmed...(gotta love these new cars). Most dealers would charge you their hourly rate to do this but Mike and team charged me 1/3 of what the dealer would and they did it super fast. You don't see that level of fairness these days.
