It's a Monday morning. The bank is like a ghost town, only two tellers but can't see any bankers. This branch has been downsizing a lot. I understand a lot of transactions are being done online. I have minor accounts, and I still need to deal with cash transactions. Wells Fargo, are you planning to shut down this branch too?

I called Leo from the Temple City branch to make an appointment twice to open an account and never returned my phone call. Very unprofessional.

I wanted to make a mortgage payment directly at a bank today and cannot find one Wells Fargo bank opened around Pasadena. This is very sad that they close up so darn early even on the weekdays I have close my personal account because of this reason I’ve been a long time and loyal customer.

These 5 stars are for Leo Mak's customer service. He went above and beyond to help my friend who just lost her dad. A lot of obstacles but he was patient and extremely helpful and helped her get his affairs in order.

Horrible service! Friday they would expect a rush but they have tellers working and there was 2 employees working at 1 teller booth. WTF! Spread out and to make it worst they close off a teller and this is during lunch time when there about 12 people in line. Figure it out Wells Far gone! So out of touch. DONT COME HERE!

Don't go here if you need a banker. Every time I go for a banker there is no one available. Today I was just standing in the bank waiting for help and not even a teller offered help, no greetings, just nothing. No bankers in the banker area to be seen. I called the bank and said how do I get help, I am in here now. The lady starts to tell me they have only 1 banker and not available now. Told me to do it my self on my iphone app. WTF? No more personal help here. It's all do it yourself. These employees are actually putting themselves out of a job.

Seems like getting help with needed services is challenging for this branch. Even trying to schedule an appointment for a future date is something they struggle with. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I guess I'll have to figure it out and wait until is more convenient for them to help a customer.

I went to the bank yesterday around 1am on 06-05-21 because I don't have week days as my day off. Tried to do international wire. Only 1 person was working and he was busy (all booked), so I was told. I asked to help with the appt. The clerk said that was not part of his job. He can't do it. Worse customer service I have ever since. I'm not sure why they can't put 2 people to help with service. I left and walked across the street to Chase instead. Great service and the rep. help me right away. International wire completed.

My 3rd time getting service at this location due to the death of my brother and my mother and I had lots of documents requiring a notary, Leo Mak was very helpful and understanding of my situation and assisted me each time and a couple of tellers. Excellent customer service each time and he told me to call if I needed further assistance.

By far the worst experience I've ever had. The bank teller Leo is terrible, inhumane and he definitely needs training. Dogs from the pound are trained better than he is. I came in to do do a simple task to deposit cash into my father's account. My father is not able to leave the house due to Covid. But I know Wells Fargo will not stop charging him. All I had to do was help my old fashion father deposit cash into his account. Leo wasn't even helping me but he interrupted the teller who was helping me and try to Mansplain and explain all these rules that I could not deposit cash into my father's account. Long story short the teller was able to get this cash deposited into my father's account. I am embarrassed for Wells Fargo I am disappointed in their customer service I am disappointed in their lack of training for this employee. During hard times like these you would think that we should all stand together. Leo was standing alone I hope that he gets proper training Or better yet I hope he gets to stay home for good, nobody needs his attitude especially not Wells Fargo. Please rethink the people you hire and maybe make customer service training a more frequent thing. Thank you Leo for your nasty attitude and your disgusting character at this terrible terrible Wells Fargo branch.
