A great shout out of Thanks to Valley View Towing and Paul the manager who went out of his way to help me. In a time when tow truck companies are working hard to keep the doors open and are pressed on all sides and have troubles of their own. Paul saw I had been waited for 7 hours for AAA to show up and went out of his way to help. AAA never showed up. The tow truck driver naned Wesley was professional and helpful also. I am so grateful especial Paul who saved the day. Thank you paul.

Hands down great towing company. I needed my motorcycle towed and they were on point. They worked around the schedule I needed for it to be picked up. They gave me no hassle and a great price. Would highly recommend using them!

Valley View Towing & Roadside- I want to tell you about a great experience I had with your company on the night of 4-23-21. It all started with your dispatcher, Lola- An awesome Lady with GREAT customer service! She was able to locate a driver that was willing to drive to the High Desert on a Friday night at 7:00 pm, which is usually a parking lot at that time! Fernando was that Gentleman that stepped up and took the call! He is an exemplary driver- courteous, polite, patient, cautious driver, arrived on time, and down to earth! Thank you for the great experience!

Like a dope I locked my keys in my car. Called other tow companies and their lines were busy. A very pleasant lady answered the phone and said someone could be out there in 30 minutes. I said that was good. Ten minutes later she called back and said the driver was six minutes away. Six minutes later the tow driver (also extremely nice) unlocks my door, stayed to make sure the car started and i was on my way! Cant recommend them enough! Kind, prompt and made things easy!

I was "hooked" up with Valley View through AAA. AAA had dispatched another company earlier, but that guy had an attitude and told me I could call someone else, which I did. AAA got me in with touch with Valley View. One of the people at Valley View called to ask about my car and towing it using something other than a flatbed. He explained and let me make a decision (much appreciated). Before I knew it, Alfred arrived. He assessed the situation and discussed it with me. He asked what was wrong, I told him there was a battery problem. He didn't doubt me, but he needed to get some juice to move the seat and steering wheel, and he hooked up the booster to give it enough juice. We were able to start the car! We didn't need the tow! I asked some questions and he was able to answer and help me learn a little about what happened and what I could do in the future. He was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. And he has noticeably nice eyelashes! I appreciate the professionalism and communication, and would use them again!

The tow truck drivers believe that they can do whatever they want, as if there are no consequences. AAA will lose more business if they continue to associate with such low class individuals. A human who lacks morals and values to his behavior. They lie, try to scam money, and threaten to leave your vehicle. And when you call them out, they back petal and start to actually do there jobs. I'd recommend you start filming as soon as you interact with them to have evidence. They will lie without hesitation... And when the camera is on they will have to do their job....Use my experience as a lesson.

Our son's car broke down in Nampa. Steve came out and did an excellent job getting the car towed to our place. He took care of the car and didn't damage it and had a great attitude - especially on a Saturday night. Owner happen to be present as we took the car off and he also took care not to do any more damage to the car than had already taken place on the roadside. Price was very fair - All around great experience and highly recommended!
