Managed named Dina M. was obviously poorly trained. She tried to tell me my giftcard was insufficient and that you can not enter the amount dollar to be used on the card, it will automatically take the whole amount. While her cashier made a mistake and input my pin as the amount. When I received the receipt it obviously said I had a balance left in my Giftcard and they made a mistake. She continued to tell me it was not possible although there is obvious proof, and humiliate me more by saying it doesn't work that way. I worked at retail, restaurants and other company and giftcard balance can be used according to your liking, just like a credit card if you want to split payment. She is rude, and obviously should not be a manager because she does not know what she is doing, or have any customer service experience to be a manager. When I asked her to fix it she said I need to bring back all my items to the store. I understand if the cashier made a mistake, but the manager is useless:

The Manager at this store would NOT return a Christmas item without a receipt. The item was marked down 50% with a red tag - a candle gift set. She said they don't accept Christmas items as a refund and that its a NEW policy! SINCE WHEN??? After speaking to other stores managers at different locations, all said that I should be given the return with a store credit...its the policy! I will contacting Head Office to investigate. This Manager should be fired!

Fernando, our cashier was very rude and boarder line sexist. I found it very disrespectful that he had that attitude towards me as soon as my husband walked away to check on an item. He was upset that I wanted him to check on the price of some items as the whole store was going thru markdowns, he lied to me and said they were not doing markdowns and got upset when I said that was not true as I just saw them on the floor labeling markdowns. I asked him to check on the pricing for me and he sighed really loudly and walked away. He came back very smug with one of the items as it was regular price and when I asked to check on the second item he got even more bothered. The second item was marked down and you could tell that he was bothered by that. He had a terrible attitude, was rude and talked back to me. He didn't want to give me his name and didn't want to get a manager. I finally talked to a manager and she apologized for my experience but at that point I had already had the worst experience I've ever had in a retail store. I'm so bummed because we are regulars and credit card holders and this left a bad taste in our mouths. I'm highly disappointed in the service I received, wont be coming back.
