Recommend this place for new bikers. I went in after buying a used bike and was greeted nicely. They helped me get my bike running up to speed, Peter was amazing! Great prices as well.
Got maintenance done and picked up a new helmet! Will definitely be back

I went to pick up my S-Work Prevail lll helmet that I had ordered and arrived there Thursday the 6th. 1st time at this bike store. Wow, they have a lot of really nice bikes and accessories. Besides that, the nicest people there. So friendly and professional. Again, my 1st time being here. And the service is truly awesome. I've been shopping at incycle in Pasadena, sorry, but the service there is getting worse. They're hiring people younger and younger, and the service from those young employees are not helpful at all. When asking questions, all they do is stare at you. And seems like I answered my own questions. Although I live near Glendale and work in Pasadena, I rather drive further to get better service and get the job done. Sorry incycle, I think I will take my business elsewhere.
Love Temple City Bike Shop, so friendly and attentive. That's what I love. I think I found my new bike shop. ? ? ? ? ? I give it 6 stars for customer service, 6 stars for professionalism, and 6 stars for friendly service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We've been coming to the Temple City Bike Shop for several years, and each time it has been a pleasant experience. Like other bike shops, they sell several bikes, bike parts, gear, and accessories, and they have a space in the back with all the equipment for repairs. But what sets them apart from other bike shops is their excellent service and passion for all things bikes. We took a bike that we assembled at home in today to have it checked for safety and alignment. The owner, Ron, heard us out in the parking lot trying to get our bike off our bike rack, and immediately came to help us take off our bikes. Within an hour, they had our bike inspected, tires aligned, and reloaded back onto our car. We were charged $35 for the fix, which is a little pricier than other stores around, but you're sure to be satisfied with the results. We have gone to a bike shop more local to us before to replace a tire, only to have to come back to Temple City Bike Shop again because we were still having trouble with that bike. So to save ourselves from that trouble, we now drive a little further out for repairs. We also have two bikes purchased here, and they've lasted at least three years now, with no issues so far! Thank you again to Ron and his team for being an amazing local bike shop and fostering a bike loving community.

My Family and I came in this Saturday for a few tubes and parts, we instantly felt like family. My kid decided she needed a new bike (a week before Christmas) but it was a good fit and quite frankly made sense. They guys threw on her basket and handle bar tassels, grabbed the tubes and headset stem cap we needed. The pricing was solid; The entire experience was easy, and the guys working there are friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. This will absolutely be our primary local shop.

This shop is truly special. Like so many on here have said before, you feel super welcomed as soon as you step in the door. I just started cycling and I bought a used specialized bicycle. I dropped my bike off here for a tune up and not only was it done quickly but at a fair price. Ron and company are a great group of guys and will happily answer any questions you may have with a smile. Will definitely be coming back for any cycling needs. Thank you!
