I will let the picture do the talking. I got my tires changed at Temple City Auto Repair on 10/27/2023. I found out during the weekend that my rims has some noticeably deep scratches where the old wheel weights used to be. I called John on 10/30/2023 and voiced my concern to see if there is anything that can be done to remediate this. To my surprise, his response was that "yeah it happens". No solution was offered and I am stuck to fix this myself. To provide some context, the picture shows deep scratches where it appears that some sort of wheel weight removal tool was used a little too aggressively.

Temple City is ran by a group of honest, hardworking, and love-able individual. I placed a custom order for a set of Continental ECS02 tires and had them installed by Henry a few days after. The prices are unbeatable and the custom service is great. Me and Henry share similar cars and was a pleasure speaking to him about his car/passion for cars. He noticed my valve stems were worn and old so he added them on free of charge! Didn't even mention it to me but I saw him do it and I appreciate going the extra mile. He also pointed out some odd things he thought might be serviced while he had the car up but didn't pressure me into having it worked on at his shop. I drove 20+miles in traffic and would do it again! Wish the best for everyone who works here!

Henry and Jon are the most honest and best mechanics around. They are so careful and take excellent care of our cars. Reasonable pricing. Especially when you see the excellent craftsmanship you’re getting. When Henry does an alignment, he’s so exact your car will drive perfectly straight and the steering wheel is perfectly aligned with the steering wheel column. Every other alignment I’ve had done at other shops has left my steering wheel slightly off. Not these guys. It’s always perfect. While he’s installing tires and aligning, he takes such great care of your wheels, making sure not to leave a mark on them. I trust these guys with any high end vehicles as well as my family’s car. I always feel great sending my Mom without me because I know she’s going to be taken care of and not taken advantage of. I truly trust these guys and am so grateful to have found them.

Temple City Auto repair located in a strip of auto repair shops and is a run by brothers Henry and John who did my tire change. They have a cash price IYKYK. This place was recommended to me by a car enthusiast friend Kevin V. His recommendations usually hits the spot. *Insert Italian kiss gesture for perfecto*I called, asked for prices, and scheduled an appointment about a week ago. I used to go a different tire place but I got tired of waiting for a tire change even with an appointment. That's why when I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised, to immediately get greeted by Henry with a fist bump. He gave me the rundown of what's going to happen today. I can't emphasize how much I appreciate the fact that he was ready for me at 10:00. When I arrived at 9:50 Henry went to work right away. He showed me his office where I could wait and I have a seat. He turned on the fan and went to work. I had all my necessities met. I'm curious if he had wifi but I had 5g so I was messing around with my phone. He took 40 mins to fully change all 4 tires. He double checked the manufacture's recommended lug nut tightness (Torque specifications). I learned that my 2019 Honda Pilot's Torque spec was 95 lbs. He also informed me that the general PSI for my tires is 30-35 but they like to run at 36-37 for a better ride. I also learned that John and Henry are Brothers. John booked my appointment and Henry did the actual tire change. I love the idea of family businesses. I really hope they do well. I wish he would've asked if I wanted to keep the old tires just to be asked. But at the same time, I'm glad he didn't because I would've said yes to keeping them. Then I would've pulled my back muscles lugging them home, into the garage, and never to touch them again. Only to do a deep clean in the garage 5 years later and trying to figure out how to dispose of the used tires.TL:DR Affordable prices, good service, and punctual. bring cash

Brought my Prius here for oil change and alignment and it was easy, and very fair price. Henry was great and was respectful. He knows his cars too- a big car guy. I suggest making appointment and don't just show up, because they will turn you away.
