I had a big alteration for my bridesmaid dress and they took on the hassle of fixing my dress and dry cleaning it. Within a few days they returned my dress and it looks wonderful! Service was great and high quality. I've also taken many delicate pieces to get dry cleaned and never had an issue here. Prices are really reasonable here and it's great and reliable services.

Ruined my favorite one of a kind red and white leather jacket by making the white areas completely red. Then he tried to console me by saying it still looked GOOD like that, and then he said the white parts were already red when I brought it in. Not only that but I found many dirty spots that weren’t there before. And when I confronted him he said “So?” I even double made sure before I left the jacket with him, he promised he could clean it well.We went all over Los Angeles to find someone who could fix it and most places said it was ruined and that they just threw it in a washer. When we finally found one place that could fix it, it was $250.Joe said he would cover it if we got it fixed. When the jacket was getting repaired, he said he could only do half of the amount, and he promised and said we have his word that he will pay. When we got the jacket back, he backed off his promise and refused to cover the cost. He said his promise isn’t worth anything.UPDATE 3 YEARS LATER: DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.I sued them and won. But they wouldn’t pay no matter what. I sent the police to collect money many times and they couldn’t collect. They ignored all requests for money after I won lawsuit until my time to collect had expired. You will never collect money from them when they mess up your clothes.

I have used them for a long time to clean all my work clothes but I'm retired so haven't been in for a while. I took a beautiful vintage silk kimono that was horridly stained. They did a beautiful job and when this fragile garment came apart at the hem they fixed it perfectly with no extra charge for me. Don't hesitate to take the most cherished garments in. They are terrific.

This is one of the best dry cleaners I have ever visited. I had some expensive jackets,coats, and sweaters to clean and they gave it back to me as though they were new. This is not your average local cleaners. they are the best in the neighborhood pay affordable prices and get the best services out there. Highly recommended

I am giving this store 1 star because I did not have a proper explanation as well as not being satisfied with the results I had a puffer jacket that needed to be cleaned from a grease stain. I brought it in and the owner said there was no guarantee because of the fabric and how it will be difficult to take the oil stain out and that he will try his best. I was aware from the information given at the time and I gave the jacket asking if there won't be any discoloration and he was confident in his answer to say not to worry. So after a few days when I came back, there were white spots on the jacket and I got worried about the discoloration or if there was bleach to change the color so I told him about it. After he took it off he was being rude to explaining what it is. He said that it was to try to help remove the stain but because he wiped it off. The effects won't be there. As at that point a simple explanation would help instead of having to be frustrated with me after asking him to take it off without actually knowing what it was.

Brought in a shirts and couple suits for clean and alteration. The owner is very professional. The price is al very reasonable . The shirts came out cleaned and both of the suits were perfectly done. He did a very good job on them. I m currently living in LA and working in temple city. Even though I may save a little money to dry clean in LA but sparkle is more convenient, reliable and better work.

I love this place! They're prompt with their service, super polite/nice and always on time. They're professionals at hemming alterations too. I've been coming here for years. They're pricing for dry cleaning is really reasonable and comparative to other dry cleaners around the area, I'd say it's actually more price competitive being a little cheaper! Give this place a try if you live around the area! As a side note, I've had alterations done here before where the sewing job wasn't done very well, but the second I expressed my dissatisfaction, the owner immediately apologized saying they would redo it, and as many times as necessary until the job is done well / to my satisfaction. This is what great customer service is!
