I came here to pick up a package. After it arrived I was unable to retrieve it, due to there poor service and horrible communication skills, for 10 days. I received my confirmation from the the shipper that my package arrived but SNS Postal stated my package was not there. Turns out they never looked for it. I recommend you go somewhere else.
The hours on Google are also wrong. I drove here on a Monday morning at 11am and lights were off and door was locked.

You aren't going to find better customer service anywhere else! Agnes is the owner of the store and the sweetest lady. I have been coming here for almost three years now, ever since I started my small business three years ago. Agnes always helps me find the best shipping value and provides me with tips and tricks for future shipping. She even saves me cooling shipping kits to use for my perishable goods. How thoughtful is that?

Bad customer service. Got yelled at on the phone when all I did was ask (calmly) for shipment confirmation. Being 80 years old and having health issues isn’t an excuse to treat people terribly, especially when you work in a role that’s very customer-oriented. Please, do better

Bad service and terrible attitude. I dropped off my package on Friday ~4pm. The following Friday, I tracked to see where the package has gone, but all I saw was "dropped off," meaning there was no movement on my package at all! I called to ask the lady at the front desk if this was picked up by FedEx on the following Monday after I dropped it off, and she started yelling at me and expressed her disbelief that I was accusing her of losing my package. I tried to calmly explain that I was just looking for confirmation since I didn't see any updates on my tracking number, and she continued to yell, "all the packages have been shipped!" I knew I wasn't going to get anything out of the conversation, so I said thank you, and she said the most condescending "you're welcome" I've ever heard. Going to a new place to drop off my packages for sure.

Very bad service and terrible attitude! I try to drop off a fedex package at 4:30pm. I asked for a receipt but she said she already turn off her computer. I asked could u please turn it on? she insisted No! She said i could bring it back tomorrow morning or drop it somewhere else. I never met someone lazy like her! Ridiculous!! Note: their office hour is 10am-5pm! Not 4:30pm.

I've had several of my DHL packages delivered here for pickup, and I am always satisfied! Agnes is so helpful and super nice! I will definitely continue to come here for this service and highly recommend this place! :)

Came in to drop off a package for FedEx and was greeted/helped by the sweetest lady! Super kind and super helpful :) I was in and out in less than 5 mins. Definitely recommend this spot for great and efficient service!
