My absolute favorite place to go, all employees are very nice and helpful. The place where I usually get all my skincare & makeup! They sell popular k-beauty brands such as COSRX, beauty of joseon, anua and makeup such as rom&nd and other. So many skincare products to choose from that ranges for all skin types, they also sell haircare as well. And also sell SANRIO items and snacks! 10/10! The store is a bit small but it has everything you need!!!!

Excellent store with amazing customer service! (I hope the employee's name is Vivian who helped me out :). She was so nice and knowledgeable of the products. I came for a last minute Christmas present, she knew exactly the kind of questions to ask and took the time to show me several options. She didn't even try to pressure or upsell me. As someone who has social anxiety, I was so impressed with how she treats customers and makes them feel comfortable. It was honestly the best experience I ever had in a store like this. It sounds silly, but it made my day :)! I came in stressed, and in a hurry and I left with a great product in a matter of minutes , relaxed and smiling because of my experience. Thanks so much for your kindness !

Dont go here! You might as well buy from Amazon or Yami.com. The service is horrible and the items are way overpriced. I bought $600 worth of products and found out that they were over charging. Not even 5 mins after I made my purchase, they wouldnt let me do a return. The owner then makes a huge scene and tells my friend to grow up?! Whats wrong with you? My friend didnt even buy anything! Plus I literally walked out of the store 5 mins ago did a ****** search and saw how expensive your prices were. On top of that, the whole time the owner was being extremely condescending and disrespectful. Dont purchase anything here. Youre better off buying your products elsewhere!

I purchased this several months ago, and only used it yesterday for the first time because I had decided this to be my treat for completing a project, and after one day, it's already broken. The light turns off but no EMS. This was like $40. Such a waste of money.

They don't follow you around like a criminal like the ones in Rowland Heights, they actually help you and recommend items fairly unlike in Rowland Heights, and they are super kind and friendly, unlike the one in Rowland Heights.Rowland Heights being terrible place to shop at aside, this place has fair prices for importing their make-up and goods, and it's very clean and cute. The employees are helpful and not standoffish, which is pretty common in SoCal.

Stepping into this store I felt like I was back in Japan! It was lovely, had a very good selection of things that you can't easily get here in the states and reasonable prices! I even happened to come on a Friday, so the snacks and drinks were 20% off!!! The workers here were very kind and helpful and everything was bright and clean! I managed to find some snacks and drinks (and some spa/beauty/health and wellness stuff) that I haven't had since I was last in Japan. They even have cute stuffed animals, pins and merchandise from popular anime/games like Totoro and Kirby! This is a wonderful store that definitely brought a smile to my face :). I'll surely be visiting again!

I am giving them 5 starts because they didn't make feel like a criminal while shopping unlike the one in Rowland heights. They are also very helpful. I had a few questions about a product and one of the staff was nice enough to help me. I will continue to shop here. They also do seem to have most products in stock.

Really amazing customer service! The girls were so nice and so sweet. I'm a big makeup/skincare junkie and since Im not familiar with Japanese at all, I asked a lot of random questions. To my surprise the sales associate knew all the answers! Usually the people who work at these types of places don't know anything and don't even talk to u. Awesome !

WARNING! NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE! I bought an item and they would not return or refund. Never have I ever seen this happen in the US. The employees there will try to sell you the overpriced products. Do not fall for it!

I never leave bad review to any business ever. This will be first. I went in the store today while waiting for Bistro na's table. Just checking on some Japanese cosmetics randomly and i saw the product that I use so wanted to check the price. SKII facial cleanser. The staff just showed up with attitude told me rudely NOT TO TOUCH the item ON THE SHELVE. I was like if you really don't want customer to touch it regarding to hygienic reason or whatever pls put a KIND REMINDER SIGN you don't need to say it rudely with that angry gesture to customer. I wanted to buy other items just for fun but ya forget it. I'm not going to support their business especially the lady who approached me claimed that she is the owner of the store. She is so rude to customer. Nah! Wouldn't recommend anyone to get in. So bad manner rude to the core. Wondering where are they coming from?
