A great rhythmic gymnastics school. My daughters have progressed so much with coach Alina and I am very grateful to find such a place where I can comfortably leave my kids with the coaches. Great school! I hilt recommend this place to all parents!

My daughter transferred to this gym 2 years ago. She has made great progress since Coach Alina coached her.Although my kid is not very talented at rhythmic gymnastics, but that doesn't affect her enthusiasm for rhythmic gymnastics。I really appreciate Coach Alina for helping my kid regain confidence.recommend to others.

I was recommended by other parents to this school for three years, before that, I tried but wasn't satisfied with two academies, in the first year we went to the Van Nuys main campus, 110 miles per day and four days a week, the only reason I can keep going is the school rigorous teaching and the professional coach. The temple City academy opened two years ago, we were so lucky to transfer here to meet our best coach Alina who is the one of the most professional coach I ever have, she was Ukraine national coach team staff and the head coach of Temple City Academy currently, in charge of the high-level teaching, very serious and effective training methods. Our whole team under the lead of her made a great progress, both group and individual competition. Because of personal reason, my daughter was missed training for 2 months before regional competition, but within 2 weeks back to school she still got good place in Level 6-8 region 1 competition and got qualification to the national championship, all of this just because of coach's effective training. Compared with talent, Coach Alina values persistence and hard work, als parent I totally agree that, as you know how difficult to choose and keep doing in one sport, the persistence of parents is the power to push children move forward, not to waste our money and children's time should be the only goal of all the parents.

Very toxic place for kids. I have sent my daughter to Rhytmic Academy Temple city location for few months and did the summer camp because my daughter enjoyed gymnastics, but this place completely ruined her experience and now she doesn't want to return to gymnastics anymore. Their main coach Alina is very disrespectful and yells at little children also calls kids words "stupid". My daughter also told me recently (although we already left that toxic place) that she told her after her competition that she didn't do well enough. I mean seriously???? Even if she didn't she should not discourage a 6 year old little kid and make her lose her confidence. She had also told another kid that if she won't do well on the competition it's her parents fault. Also, from what I hear from other parents who send their children there she disrespects parents and yelled at them too. Although there are only few kids who do really well on competition their main coach Alina is unethical and full of herself. She had also asked for an expensive gift from a kid who used to go there. I know gymnastics coaches are tough on kids. But it doesn't mean they're allowed to call kids by inappropriate words and disrespect them. If the coach can not control her temper and anger she should not work with kids. Not all parents send their children to win competition some parents send them to enjoy sports, gain discipline and confidence. I would give a big second thought before joining this gym. I'm feeling really sad that my daughter who loved gymnastics now doesn't wanna do it anymore. There are so many more things I could mention but I'll leave it here. Hopefully this review will help some parents.
