The mechanic here has a poor attitude and demonstrated a general lack of customer service over multiple visits. He shouldn't take his customer base for granted by treating them so poorly, even cursing at customers because they arrived during lunch. I'm going to start taking my auto repair needs elsewhere where my business is actually valued.

Wow, talk about fast and friendly service. My son took my car for a smog check, process was effortless. We called around 4:20pm to inquire about hrs of operations, pricing, etc. We proceeded to the location (we are about 5mins away) done by 5pm.

I've been going to this particular location for my auto repair needs for many years, dating back to when it was even under different ownership. If it weren't for geographic convenience, I likely would have gone elsewhere long ago. The mechanic here has an extremely poor attitude and demonstrated a general lack of customer service. He shouldn't take his customer base for granted by treating them so poorly, even cursing at customers because they arrived during lunch. On more than one occasion, he's failed to take ownership of his work when issues cropped up and blamed the problems on the age of the car. This was, of course, after he had claimed that he would be able to fully resolve the issue and then failed to do so. There has to be a level of trust with an auto mechanic -- whether it comes to fair prices, honest assessment of repairs needed, and competent work performed. Regrettably, this is not an auto shop that I would put at the top of my list in this regard. I'm not prepared to say that there are definitely better mechanics out there (auto repairs are hardly my forte), but there are certainly auto shops that will treat you better as a valued customer and whom you could fully trust as your mechanic. I'm taking my auto repair business elsewhere in the future and recommend that you do the same.

I've been coming here for a long time to change the engine oil for $25 for a Honda/Toyota. They generally take an overall look at my car and have been very honest with me. The mechanics have noted problems they would see, such as tires wearing out. They know what they're doing and although they do make recommendations on how to maintain your car, it comes from a good place. I must also note to consider cultural differences for customer service, because tone may initially seem questionable but then when you look at the quality of work and suggestions made, it shows they get things done and they want to help you in the end. I recommend if you need to do a more in depth service like changing brakes or anything with spark plugs to either call in to schedule an appointment or have them take a look at it and prepare to schedule to leave your car on another date.

I saw many good reviews for this auto shop, however I had a different experience. The one who answered the phone sounded like he didn't really want a new customer.
