Every time I call I get put on a hold for 10 minutes then when I ask them for an update on my case they tell me they're gonna call me back and they never do. I submitted my application in 2017 for immigration good luck if you get someone that knows what they're doing. When I show up in person they tell me I still need to wait. Even for an update oh and making an appointment is useless they never see you on your time of the appointment its worse than a dr visit

We were recommended to try this place for our taxes and never turned back. It’s been already three years and will continue for years to come. We’ve recommended them to some friends that have also been very happy. They don’t take appointment so expect to block a few hours of your day, but it’s worth it.

Before they used to have very good service, but now if you don't go in person they hang up on you or leave you waiting for a long time, even when you are paying for the service, what a shame!

My family and I have been having our Taxes done here for the past 12 years at their Temple City location. The past 2 years the service has gone down and have become very rude and impatient. This year was beyond horrible. Made an appointment and still had to wait 2-3 hours(I left after 2 hours). Tried calling and texting to make an appointment had no luck! Walked in and the rude lady in the front stated I needed an appointment and they may not be able to help me. I just explained to her all I needed to do was just finalize my taxes and I'll be gone! Finally got in to see Josh and he seemed bothered and upset that he had to help me. My fault for giving you business. My family and I won't be back next year. Those thinking about coming here, I would think twice about it. They surely don't appreciate your business!

Came here a month ago and they said nobody here to help and told me to leave it and make an appointment. Had an appointment at 11 made me wait 1-1/2 hrs ..what is the point of an appointment. I had somewhere to go and now I am stuck. Waste of my time . Last time coming here

With there help my husband got his green card in Juarez. They made the experience smooth, with mock interviews and suggested housing accomodations. The host took us grocery shopping, transportation to appointments and guidance through the process. Once the paperwork were ready OJ updated us and back to the legally with no more fears. Thank you so much for the great experience, and lastly they were very feesable compared to other quotes we received and we live in San Francisco area and they were able to accommodate us.

If you have any pending questions ask in person. I called to check up on my moms pending status and was hung up on the phone, I called immediately after and was left on hold for what seemed like 15 minutes, they need to be more professional. In person the wait time is longer in the waiting room than the actual appointment.

Phone experience at this location was very poor for me. One person tells me one thing, another says that's not correct. Promises to call back after investigating correct info and to this day I'm still waiting for that call, and now they will not be in until beginning of 2023
