A local business owner visited the store to purchase DYMO labels, as it is the only store that offers a variety. On March 6th, the manager, Mike Lee, displayed unprofessional behavior by being rude, yelling, and exhibiting discriminatory actions towards me. Such management practices hinder the growth of companies.

Bought ink cartridges here, they were defective only worked for about 30 pages and marked low ink on the printer and was printing faded. I did take about a month to see that there was a problem with them. But we rarely use the printer. Anyway the manager didn't want to replace them only give me half off another purchase of the same ink. The ink has probably been sitting there for so long it dried out. Who knows but being sold a defective product was put on me and I took a lose for something that didn't work correctly. Moral of the story just buy from Amazon. If u have time wait for the shipping. Their products circulate more so I can assume the products will work better. Don't buy stuff from Office Depot save yourself the trouble.

I went to buy a virus protection yesterday. And from the cashier the sales clerk shouted can i help you? I said yes what is it that you need ? I said can you come to me instead of me shouting back and forth with you. So the guy sent me a young man in training. We walked over to the wall where the virus protection was. To get straight to the point he fid not know what he was doing or could not answer my questions that place sucks.

I recently had a deeply frustrating experience with a purchase of a TI-84 Plus CE calculator. I bought this calculator 6 days ago, excited about its capabilities for my needs. However, it was a disappointment from the start as it remained unused until yesterday when I discovered that it does not work and cannot be charged. Hoping for a quick resolution, I brought the calculator back to the Temple City store, expecting understanding and assistance. Unfortunately, the response was far from helpful. I was bluntly told that I could not return the item. The situation escalated when I mentioned that Amazon allows returns for such issues. Upon hearing this, a staff member named Michael began to yell at me. This response was not only unprofessional but also left me feeling belittled and disrespected.It was a terrible experience that highlighted a lack of customer service and empathy from the store's staff. Such behavior is unacceptable and has significantly impacted my view of their business. I had hoped for a simple solution to a straightforward problem, but instead, I was met with hostility and refusal to help. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I am compelled to share it to caution others about the potential service pitfalls at this location.

Just printed out 7 pages here. Getting charger$ 5.3. The cashier said 5 dollars minimum. Such a scam. Library is 0.25 for 1 page.

I love this place. I got everything printed by here. The only thing that I didn't like is sometimes the wait for help in printing is long and the paste is slow. Only 1 person work there most of the time

I used the curbside pick up option for the first time and had a really great experience. An associate from the store called me when my order was ready and I drove up right in front of the store and an associate loaded my items directly into my car for me. I had ordered two office chairs and there was also an option to have the chairs pre assembled at the store, which I really appreciated. I thought it was well worth the additional cost, and I like that the store associate loaded my car for me as the chairs were somewhat heavy. I got the chairs on sale and got a great price, I am very happy with my purchase.
