This company charged ridiculously high for trailer moving!! NOT professional at all with bad attitude! we were told there would be a moving truck but ended up with a trailer. Many things got damaged! Too bad theres no negative stars or else this is gonna be a negative review! Worse experience ever!

I hate giving this company any stars. Here is my experience with them: An associate very generously booked these movers to move my family out of our home of 19 years. She had used them in the past and had a good experience. Lisa, the manager of the company, communicated clearly about their arrival time, and confirmed in advance. I told her that we have stairs leading up to our house and because we live on a short, narrow street, the movers should bring pylons to block the street at both ends (to avoid making drivers angry). The truck arrived on time (there's the 1 star rating!) and immediately started complaining: "The street is too slanted - all your boxes will slide forward" (we said we don't care - that's to be expected), then the driver took one look at the stairs leading up to our house and said "We don't like stairs. We are leaving." - WTF? I responded, "Yeah, we don't like stairs either, but we have them. You're movers, you must have dealt with stairs before" - and they bailed. I called Lisa and told her that her guys were leaving because they don't like stairs and she gave a half-assed apology accompanied by nervous laughter that was unprofessional and completely inappropriate for this situation. She said she'd try to find other guys - but it might not happen until later in the afternoon. NO THANK YOU. I felt terrible having to tell my associate that her moving company drove off before even attempting to do their job. Thankfully I found another company (Top Movers) who were available on Sunday and they saved the day. Unfortunately we had to unpack our beds and stay the night in a house full of boxes, but in the end our experience was a good one. The attitude of these lazy movers at MKM was horrible. I hope these particular workers lost their jobs that day.

I recently moved to a new aapartment and hired these guys to help me. The workers were very attentive and helpful. They packed everything up so fast and quick and when they finished moving it (even up the stairs) nothing was broken. Definitely would recommend these guys to anyone that's moving!

I have a terrible experience with this moving company. I got 2 chinese movers, they were giving me attitude since I met them at the door. All they know is banging your furniture to the wall, door frames, and wood floors. Now my old places has scratches on the wall, dents on the wood floor. The new place have scratched door, and wall dents. It's a complete disaster. AVOID
