I scheduled an appointment for today for trying on wedding dressing and received a confirmation email indicating that I was all set. Check out the image I posted as proof. When I arrived no one was there to unlock the door. I called the businesses number and somebody picked up saying they had no record of my appointments despite having an email confirmation. I asked if they can help me otherwise since I was outside. They said no one was present and they said perhaps they can send somebody over to me but it could take over 20 minutes but no guarantee. I was unable to stay because I have to be somewhere at a specific time and planned this around other obligations. On top do it both my mom and I took time off of work in order to be able to do this. It's really frustrating and unprofessional. Likely the worst part was that the person I spoke to didn't think it was a problem and blamed it on the system, rather than having a true empathetic apology. Lesson learned - in the future I will call and confirm all appointments at other businesses by phone to hear a "yes" by voice.

My cousin reffered me to this place and told me to check it out. I gave them a last minute call after being done shopping at another store and the lady was able to take me in last minute. I met Kandee when I got there. She was very accommodating and helpful. She helped me select the styles that would look good on me and there are various dresses there for rental. So if you're looking for rental that's within decent prices, this is the place to go to. If you decide to rent the dress there, they also offer many good deals and cleaning fee is included so that's something you don't need to worry about. Overall, great service and great selection.

Annie was super helpful and have all the expertise on what kind of designs/colors would look great with my wedding venue and wedding color palette. She helped me pick out a design that looks good but also go with the style I like. There is a lot of options for ceremony dresses and reception dresses. She was really patient and had many different options for me to try. They can also custom make dress for you. I was able to pick out a ceremony and reception dress for renting. Their price include adjustment also. My bridesmaids also got their dresses here. It's custom made here. I would definitely recommend her for future brides and bridesmaids.

Annie was extremely helpful in helping me pick a bridesmaid dress. I was a little nervous as it is going to be my first time being a bridemaid but she showed me a lot of different options and the pros and cons of each. I also really like that they give you the option to further customize the styles they already have. Definitely recommend them both for future brides and bridesmaids.

I had the pleasure of renting not one but two wedding dresses at LZ Bridal and I adore BOTH! The only reason this reviewed dropped from anything lower than a 5 star is because my very first appointment, we drove over an hour, super excited about my first dress trying on experience EVER but then when we got there they were closed. We were able to reach Joey and he mentioned there was an error on their appointment system and no one was actually in the salon at this time or pretty much the whole day. I was incredibly disappointed, but Joey apologized profusely and asked me to come back again mentioning that if I did, he would offer a discount. He did honor that discount and made sure to confirm with me all the rest of my appointments via call and/or text. Usually if something like this happens, I just wouldn't go back but I'm glad I listened to that little voice inside of me. My experiences moving forward went smoothly, speedily but not in a rushed manner and I love love love both my elopement and reception dresses. They were clean, tailored and we received exactly what we thought we would. The salon itself is small and dainty but beautiful, bright, and very clean as well. Also, I didn't know this but a veil and hairpiece were included in my dress rentals, it was a great surprise! Thank you, LZ Bridal!

I had a great experience at this shop! Everyone was very helpful and I found my dress! The moment we left the shop the first time my mom says "you better go Yelp them immediately! They were amazing!" (Sorry mom I just got around to leaving this review) Pros: Great staff, good area to try on the dresses, great at helping me visualize changes to the dress or adding jewelry, veils etc. I lighted the lighting here. The selection was broad enough to try alot of different styles. My mom was treated very nicely and Joey was great at helping me give her a great experience as well. We had some last minute changes that they accommodated very sweetly and we got a great price! Everything ran very smoothly for us and really made it an experience with no stress. Cons: only one! The sizes here tend to run small but they can order it in different sizes and were really good about helping me see how the dress would look in my size so I didn't really feel this was too much of an issue. I definitely recommend coming to this shop!

I schedule an appointment with Lz bridal through their website and got the confirmation email. The afternoon of my appointment I came to the address posted on google and found no sign or name of this place anywhere. I tried to call the shop and ask and the guy who picked up the phone told me that he called me couple time this morning to move my schedule later than my appointment time. I was literally stand in front of the address and he told me to came back like 1hr or 1hr30 later. I told him I had another appointment after this and cannot cone back. I did check my call history and found 2 missed call with different phone number than the one posted on the website. Also, no voice message or text message saying that my appointment time was moved. I asked him did he leave any message for me because If he did I would have call back already and he said yes he did. I didn't see or hear any message what so ever. Really unprofessional. I drove more than 1 hr to come here and left really unhappy even mad.

They are a real business. You park in the back or on the street and enter from the back suite 103. I came to this bridal shop with my friend that is getting married in July. She did love a gown here but she later found a better dress in LA This bridal shop doesn't have a lot of wedding gown but they do have very beautiful dresses.

its the worst studio I had never been. we have signed contract with total package price, but after we signed, Manager said we have to pay additional fee for cleaning and a lot of fee not include in the contract, excuse me, can you explain what does contract mean???? I hate the people who doing business like this, contracting mean everything include in the total price, after we signed, please follow the price that show on the contract.we try to consult with manager, but he is so unmannerly cancelled the contract and blocked our phone, we spend a lot of money to booked the venue and rented the dressing for big day, for what the manager did, waste a lot of people's time and impacting the industry.

WTH is right customer, follow you rule to additional charge? cleaning fee not add on the contract, did you talk to me or on the contract? or your manager talk to me, if yes I would not angry on your service, mean's not, Sam tell me after the contract signed. Excuse me owner, your employees did the great job for wrost service for customer. what is love to service right people,? only leave few message and left group chat and Unilateral cancellation of contract. this is you rule. second, contact me to refund, because you worst service, I need to find another studio to plan new stuff, do you think I am free all the time and ready to go to you shop for refund? 随传随到？Excuse me owner

Such a cute, private wedding bridal shop. As soon as you walk into the the studio, you can tell this wedding dress experience will be on another level. Compared to other bridal shops I've been to, LZ Bridal is so chic and spacious. The environment is so welcoming and friendly. I am lucky to have found THE wedding dress here. The dresses are very detailed and elegant for affordable prices. I loved the dresses so much, I couldn't decide on only 1. I had to get 2 wedding dresses! I would definitely recommend this bridal shop to my friends, when it's their turn
