Joe's Auto Body was one of the options for fulfilling my State Farm insurance claim. I made a great choice by going to this place.My vehicle is a Mazda Cx5 and it had some damage from a vehicle merging into our lane. Not only does the exterior job look great (its like we were never hit at all) they went the extra mile and detail cleaned the exterior and interior.Their systems also linked up with State Farm's and so handling the paperwork was a breeze. I highly recommend them for the excellent work and customer service.

An older gentleman backed into my parked car a few weeks ago and recommended bringing it here for fixing. I originally was skeptical, but glad I did. Joe was very upfront, honest, and efficient. He got the work done way in advance and it looks good as new. I will definitely come back if needed for any body work in the future. Joe worked with the gentleman and myself to get it done with minimal inconvenience to all parties.

THE BEST auto body shop in the San Gabriel Valley, they took care of my car in a timely manner and the repairs were top notch, if your in need of any auto body repair this should be were you go, make sure to ask for Joe.

STAY AWAY! Joe's body shop used to do great quality work but since there has been a change in ownership (8/1/2023) the quality of work has plummeted. Long story short, the person in the first picture, Andrew (new owner/manager/snake) agreed to fix my 22 Nissan Sentra within a month at most. That 1 month promise transformed into a painful 4 months and the car was still not complete. I finally had enough of the run-around and decided to take my car elsewhere. At the time I went to retrieve my car, I asked Andrew to return my deposit but he refused to return it. His reasoning was that the vehicle had already been worked on. Eventually, the situation deteriorated to the point of him threatening me and telling me to "get the fuck out of here". Do not trust him! He is a snake and will give you every excuse under the sun about his failure to fulfill his obligations. He will never take any accountability or responsibility for his inadequacies. It is a huge shame to see Joe's lifetime of hard work to build his store's reputation get ruined by someone of such a weak character.

Came to the shop to get a quote for a fender. Joe needs to work on his customer service, he was being rude and obnoxious. He was asking me questions that I was unsure of and demanding a answer quickly and hurrying me up. He also called my fender that I bought garbage without a explanation why. He quoted me 850 for one fender, not sure if it was a solid price or not. I can't say anything about his work, but all I can say is that Joe is a rude person.

Prices are reasonable and quality of work is good. Vehicle was washed and the paint was blended in nicely.

Every time I have come to see Joe it was a last minute situation that was handled same day. Joe is one of the few business owners who still cares about the people of his community and strives to work with honor and integrity. All of the jobs I have done here were simple and they were done without any issues. Joe and his family all work here so it is a classic American family business. He is currently expanding to a new construction down the road so it shows you how well the business is run. 5/5 would recommend

Stellar, quick and knowledgable service. 10/10 recommend!!! If you're checking out the pics below, you can totally see the Grade A+ paint and repair job for what it is. You can also see the "Before" photos commemorating my widest turn into my garage ever. Yeah... It was a doozy of a repair and no shop wanted to take it. Joe was referred to us and provided a thorough and quick response. He quoted us the option to repair what was there as well as the option to fully switch it out. His explanations sounded knowledgeable and to-the-point. So I felt I could trust him to fix what was there. The price sounded very reasonable, so we agreed and dropped the car off. He and his team had the repair completed within days!! That was such a relief. And I still can't believe how great my car looks. I'm super impressed and grateful for the amazing work they did. My car is happy, too!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Joe on fixing the front bumper of my wife's car. The man is easy to talk to and straight to the point. The turn around was 1-2 days and the work looks amazing! Highly recommend this business.

Joe is definitely the guy to see. I have heard nothing but great things about his work. My 2014 Ford Flex had sustained damage in a collision. Picked it up today and I am very pleased. They went above and beyond. Just a word of warning...get a dash cam. It saved my bacon. Thanks Joe and crew.
