My husband comes here most of the time but recently I've come here to help him get what he needed, every time I came, the staffs were very helpful(even though I didn't need help cause I know what I am getting) and greeted me as I walk in, I've read some of the previous comments and scared me a little but hey they are very welcoming, even the lady inform me about the $10 coupon for my next purchase which I don't even know about it! It's close to my home very convenient definitely will continue to purchase from this GNC

Ive Ben coming here for the last last 5 years now, I regularly get my pre work outs here, even thru covid 19....from energy bars to protien mix, sometimes creatin and amino acids, GNC it's not old school gnc is up to date no gimmicks from Products you buy on the net, Meet Steve, he's got the nutrition goods buy the goods you bring the bread make friends and get your spot like I have right here , we all need a place where everybody knows your name.

Went there 2 times, 1st time not too many choice of flavors, 2nd time bought the last 2 protein I need on their display , and said they don’t have any more on the back, which I don’t believe it, went home open up it was old inventory with old packages, I few like they just want to clear up the old ver. old inventory first , then put the new one out. I should just go check out other places. I will not recommend this store. Just for reference ~

Got here to get some Ghost products, i was greeted politely by the staff, very knowledgeable with the products and even gave me samples of the bcca, i will definitely go back here to get my workout supplements.

This GNC applied every acceptable coupon. (They try and see if it is acceptable) So I could use them to get some dollars off and gained points in accuunt.

Worst GNC store. This store does not take online order returns even though GNC policy says otherwise. Bad customer service. Steve, the cashier, has an attitude. He rolled his eyes several times during the return process, and I can only understand half of what he was saying.

I was closer to this GNC location compared to the others in the area so I decided to go in and try to exchange a product. The woman behind the register quickly looked at my receipt and noticed its from another GNC location. She told me she couldnt take it because i used points and if she did the exchange, i would lose my points? Honestly, i knew she tried to b******* me. It was a sorry excuse. She didnt even hesitate to shoo me away and tell me to go back to the original location. GNC IS GNC. Regardless whether you are franchise or corporate, you should accept and follow GNC return/exchange policies. I went back to the Rosemead location and told the manager what just had happened and he told me that she should have taken the exchange! I read the other reviews regarding returns and exchanges in hope that it werent true. Behold, i wasted my time to turn off my car, go in, and come back out with the same product in my hand only to restart my car again after less than 40 seconds. Pisses me the f*** off that the woman lied and acted as if she couldnt give me an even exchange. Will never give my money to this business location ever again. Thank you very much.

This store does not accept online order returns. I was denied and turned away immediately as if I was carrying a plague. The GNC website clearly states that online purchases may be returned to a GNC retail store. Although I explained this to the female employee whom I believe is Judy, she didn't care and shoo'd me away. She had an absolutely crappy a** attitude and rude tone of voice. This store is the local GNC I shop at, but not anymore, I'm never coming back after today's incident. To be fair, Corporate GNC is at some fault for this return policy and should provide updated company policy training to all stores. It may be helpful to differentiate the "franchise owned" versus "corporate owned" stores and adjust their return policy because it sure isn't universal across the board since these franchise owned stores don't follow policy and apparently can do whatever they want... because verbatim "the store takes a loss for online order returns" -judy.

Maybe myself and the previous reviewer had the luck of Talking with Judy while visiting she is nice and friendly and answered the questions she knew the answers too . If your looking for someone who is a fitness expert or has a great deal of knowledge about all the products then I would visit another specialty store that hires fitness gurus or trains regularly with the newest products in the industry. ThiHowever if you have time to browse the store with Judy or know what gnc products you are looking for , then this store is clean small and organized. Judy was more then happy to look at products with me and discuss the gnc products I was looking at. For that reason I will give 4 stars. on rating a gnc store in not comparing this franchise to other vitamin shops If you are looking for isles and isles of vitamins, supplements etc this is not the store for you.

This location deserves NO STARS! All I wanted to do was to do an even exchange AND if that can't be done, then give me a satisfactory reason why it can't be done. If I'm provided an explanation that makes sense, I wouldn't even waste a second of my (and people's) time! What happened today was not about the money...it's about the kind of service customers get and level of competency employees SHOULD possess. Judy L. (GNC employee) is not trained enough to be left alone, without a manager. She does not know how to explain their store policy, and does not understand how receipts are itemized, nor use the register. When I asked to speak with a manager, Judy said her manager is not around and she doesn't know when her manager comes in. Total rubbish! I've worked in retail and there's always a schedule laid out for all employees! Judy finally decided to call PEGGY YANG (worst General Manager ever) over the phone and Peggy won't even speak to me. Peggy insisted that I needed to call their 800 number and inquire there (no 800 on the receipt, nor inside the store). When I asked to call their customer service together to get it sorted while we're in the store, Judy arrogantly says "you're the customer, you should call them yourself". No customer service, whatsoever. All I wanted was to make an even exchange. I was not returning anything. After Judy scanned my receipt, a different price was coming up on the register, and she couldn't explain why. Instead, Judy was charging me approximately $6 more than what I've already paid for to exchange the same item (different scent) because the register is scanning the product for a lower price than what's showing on my original receipt. I kept asking what can be done and she says she doesn't know what to do and even Peggy refuses to help. WORST GNC EMPLOYEES... EVER! Nobody knows anything and no one is there to help. Judy definitely needs to be trained so she's competent enough to handle the store on her own, and the supposed "General Manager" was completely useless and should've known better than to yell at her employee over the phone and turn a customer away. I've been a long time GNC customer, and this was the worst service I've ever received.
