My wife and I, recently had a great experience at CVS [STORE #5170] and wanted to give a shout-out to one of their cashiers, Sal. Sal was incredibly attentive and professional, making our visit really special. He greeted us with a big smile, asked how we were doing, and ensured we found everything we needed. His thoughtful and warm demeanor truly stood out and made us feel welcome.
Sal’s dedication to excellent customer service is something worth recognizing. He embodies what great service should be and definitely deserves a shout-out for his fantastic work.
Thanks for making our visit to CVS so pleasant, Sal! We’ll definitely be back.

Michael and Lindsey at checkout are always so friendly and helpful. I’m always happy to see them! Dulce, Lily and Andy in the pharmacy are always awesome too.

racist employee named Michael. Today there was a man from what I seen in pain, asking Michael for the restroom in Spanish. Michael replied I don’t speak Espanol and walked and turned his back on him instead of helping the gentleman figure out what he need it. When I translated to Michael what the gentleman was asking for he turned around so fast gave me a look and told me well…I can’t leave I’m the only one here. number one I did not need his attitude number two he didn’t know who he was talking to cause I’m not someone to let myself number three if he don’t like his job dealing with hispanics Mexicans, or any other race besides his own why is he working in that field. I just think that was very rude and unprofessional and then Michael started giving me attitude while he was ringing me up like if I did something wrong just for translating what the young man need it. people nowadays are just very rude and very disrespectful.

The public needs to be made aware that CVS Pharmacy hours have changed and the store has not updated its schedule. When CVS calls or texts for a prescription pick up CVS should mention the new hours of service. A store clerk said the pharmacy doesn't open until 10 AM, while you still have 8 AM posted. The pharmacy also closes for lunch and that isn't advertised either. I've made three trips to pick up prescriptions, Friday, Sunday, and Monday. The first time they were closed for lunch. The second time the prescription was filled for only one month when I'm on record for the blood pressure prescriptions that are filled every 90 days. This morning, 6/12/23, a prescription was phoned in by my dentist. I thought i would be able to pick up the prior refill and the new prescription for the dental work that was done this morning. The pharmacy was closed until 10 AM. When I inquired why the pharmacy was closed, the only person on the floor was very rude and he just kept saying, "10 o'clock", "10 O'clock", and didn't explain if that was their new hours. That schedule is not very efficient hours to serve the public, especially for working people who shop before work or during lunch. Now I have to return for the fourth time while my mouth is bleeding and in pain.

Michael, Michael, Michael, you are a horrible manager. It’s hilarious that as a manager you can’t even take feedback. You are quite the character. I know it doesn’t matter if we call the customer service line or complain to corporate. You were very rude to my mom greeting her “hey what’s up?” when she walked in the store. Then you proceeded to tell her that she needed to go elsewhere for her return because you had a hard time with all your little angry man feelings :( When I called to give you feedback, you said "YOU ONLY KNOW ONE SIDE!" and hung up. Then, you proceeded to hang up on my phone number when I called the store a couple times after that. I hope when you’re zoning the store, you really take your time in the mirror section. Please self-reflect, Michael. Is this job really for you?

Discovered this location is an UPS Access Point and sent my packages over for the first time. Quick and easy transaction at the front register.Plenty of parking available in their lot. Didn't take the opportunity to walk around the store itself.

If I could I wouldn't leave one star. Manager is awful. Very poor customer service skills. He's in the wrong profession. Does not seem to like his job. He was rude and advised my mom and I to go elsewhere. We spent $400.00 today, and he's right there are other close by CVS, he agreed maybe this one will be closed down too. Very unprofessional, and not helpful. Told us to ""relax and lighten up" he has no idea we both have cancer and would appreciate him bagging our items. To him it was like asking him to cut off his right arm. CVS take control and be accountable
