I've been coming here for years already. Really did trust them with everything. They would always do my oil changes and fix my cars. I never notice nothing out of the ordinary until I started taking my car elsewhere and they would tell me how crappy a job they did and how they couldn't even change the filter when they did the oil change. They are unprofessional, they will take advantage of the customer. I've literally seen the guy manually change the price and do fillers to make It look like an actual charge. He literally charges you whatever he feels depending on the mood. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! Literally went there a few months ago for an oil change, they broke the handle to open the trunk, just to fix that part cost hundreds. They came to me freaking out saying look how your car is not taking the blame, so they won't pay for it.NEVER come here. horrible people. unprofessional. They will take advantage of you. don't come here

Crown City Automotive/ Penske Truck rentals is the best place to get a smoking deal for truck rentals! We fortunately had Ignacio as our go-to-guy when we rented a truck to go from LA to Maryland. He went above and beyond to meet our needs and was very attentive and cared about what we wanted. He followed up promptly and made sure we were good to go - matter fact, we were running late but he made sure somebody was there to release the truck to us. It was very critical that we have the truck that day back in February and he made sure to the point where he had somebody wait for us while I was late to pick up. Let's just say he pulled out all the stops and cut the red tape and gave us the green light to go! Thank you so much for all you did for us! The truck was worthy of the trip with no drama! Super thank you, you superstar!!

This place should be avoided at all costs. I've submitted a claim to the bureau on behalf of these crooks. They want no responsibility for the things they mess up in your car. Stay far away unless you like rude behavior and your car getting damaged.

They stripped the screw to the oil bolt during the last oil change. It’s been a hassle to get to say the least. Save your time+money and go to another shop.

Went for an oil change that I purchased on Groupon was still charged 11 ? oil disposal fee.. and advised only ONE Groupon accepted per customer ever. But will honor price for next visit

1st time customer: how a $59 fully synthetic oil change turned into a $80 oil change 3 stars but only a review for people using a Groupon for oil change. Cannot comment on automobile repair work done on vehicles. To start, I'm not completely turned off by this place, but it failed to win a new customer. I showed up to get an oil change for a Mazda 3 sometime in the later morning/early afternoon on a weekday when I managed to have the day off. When I first arrived I noticed there were a LOT of cars. But nobody around. Maybe one or two workers? Maybe I came at a lunch break? Maybe they're understaffed currently. (However, it was the Whole reason I came on a weekday during a time period I believed they would not be busy) maybe my mistake? Nothing on groupon stated anything about needing an appointment. I speak to a person behind the desk and let them know I am here for an oil change with a groupon. I was told that I needed an appointment and they didn't have time today because they had all these vehicles to work on and to come back tomorrow. The ask was more of a statement as they kept pointing to the cars and saying look I have lots of cars to work on. They asked if I lived far, I said about 30 minutes away hoping that would sway the decision. That did not seem to be far enough. No question was asked about how long I was willing to wait. I rarely get days off from work and I work ALOT of hours (60-80 hours a week sometimes more) so time is very valuable to me.I was amazed. I had driven 30 minutes to be told to drive back 30 minutes and come back the next morning simply for an oil change. I wouldn't have minded waiting, but figured I'd let it slide because it's a Groupon and I got a deal and they probably didn't want to prioritize a "Groupon" deal (even though it would take less time) and miss out on the other non Groupon money. As I was looking at my calendar to see if I was even available tomorrow the person mentioned something to me, but as I was still in disbelief I missed what they said. I figured it was something along the lines of an apology for wasting my time etc. Turns out that would bite me in the a** the next day. They had told me to bring cash for an additional fee outside of Groupon. $11-$12. I was asked multiple times during the conversation if I was a first time customer. I replied yes. Made me think that they get a lot of fake first time customers. I drove back home and contemplated the $6 I just burned in gas as well as an hour of my day off wasted adding to my Groupon total. Was more annoyed that my time was wasted which is worth much more than $6. I shook it off. I arrived early and it took some time for them to even get my car started because yet again the person who needed to work on my car wasn't even there. Even though I came at 9am which was the time I was told to come at. I waited. 15 minutes later they finally move my car in and start to work on it. The oil change probably took a little over an hour, I was shocked. Im use to being out in less than 20- 30 minutes. Especially because there was only one other customer there with me. When the car was done I was told that the reason why it took so long was because they didn't know how to reset the oil change reminder in my car. I told them they could've asked me and I would've saved them time. It was then that I was told there is a $11-$12 clean fee. If I was in their shoes, I would've waved the fee for making me come back on two different days. Decided I didn't want to fight over $12.I said that's fine, pulled out my credit card. They said there is a fee for credit cards and that's why they had told me to bring cash the day before. It took a minute to register but I realized then that's what had been communicated. Whatever, the fee was like $.40-$.60. They mentioned that the Groupon could only be used once but if I came back again they would honor the Groupon deal. I have my oil change right here and the people are fast professional and they use quality oil in my vehicle I am very pleased with the level of service I received. This place is local where the old Kmart used to be. I believe we should all support local business because we're all in this together.

I called the shop for a wheel alignment and the owner , he was super accommodating,I believe answer the phone and I told him, I was looking at Groupon, but did not buy it, I know Groupon take a lot out for the split,and force them to discount heavily, and that he must hate it, he said now, but the truck I have is not covered by Groupon I will go anyways, all the unhappy people with groupon is expecting too much of a discount for such back breaking work on these cars, the shops needs to make living
