Very disappointed in my recent visit to Crown City Automotive. I do not recommend anyone needing automotive work to get their vehicle worked on here, please take my advice and find a more reliable mechanic. I went to Crown City last week for a much needed oil change. I chose this establishment because they have a large sign out front advertising a full synthetic oil change for $59.99. When I told them I was there for an oil change, they told me the cost would be $75 for my car because Toyotas require more work to change the oil. I have taken my Camry to other mechanics, and they have never mentioned anything like this to me. Anyway, I stayed because I was supposed to drive out of state the next day, so I really needed the work done asap. After they finished the oil change, one of the mechanics removed my cabin air filter and brought it over to me to tell me it was really dirty, and they could replace it for me for an additional $25. I told them no, I would change it out myself. They said ok, I paid the $75, and I left. I pulled over a block away to open my hood and make sure they had returned my air filter. I was really upset to find that they left the cover off of it and one of the screws was missing. I immediately drove back to Crown City and told them. The mechanic I told tried to blame me by saying that it was already like that before they removed the filter. I argued with him that that was incorrect. Eventually another mechanic came over, I explained the situation, and he turned to the first guy and asked him why he left the cover off. After more debate between both guys, they finally placed the cover back on my air filter and had to go find a comparable screw to replace the one they lost. While all this was happening, the man that had his car worked on before me returned really mad and started complaining that the noise he brought his car in to fix was still present and hadn’t gone away after they worked on his car. So clearly, this business does not know what they are doing with fixing cars, and it wasn’t just me who had a horrible experience here. I highly recommend skipping getting any work done on your vehicles from this auto repair shop.

I've been coming here for years already. Really did trust them with everything. They would always do my oil changes and fix my cars. I never notice nothing out of the ordinary until I started taking my car elsewhere and they would tell me how crappy a job they did and how they couldn't even change the filter when they did the oil change. They are unprofessional, they will take advantage of the customer. I've literally seen the guy manually change the price and do fillers to make It look like an actual charge. He literally charges you whatever he feels depending on the mood. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! Literally went there a few months ago for an oil change, they broke the handle to open the trunk, just to fix that part cost hundreds. They came to me freaking out saying look how your car is not taking the blame, so they won't pay for it.NEVER come here. horrible people. unprofessional. They will take advantage of you. don't come here

Crown City Automotive/ Penske Truck rentals is the best place to get a smoking deal for truck rentals! We fortunately had Ignacio as our go-to-guy when we rented a truck to go from LA to Maryland. He went above and beyond to meet our needs and was very attentive and cared about what we wanted. He followed up promptly and made sure we were good to go - matter fact, we were running late but he made sure somebody was there to release the truck to us. It was very critical that we have the truck that day back in February and he made sure to the point where he had somebody wait for us while I was late to pick up. Let's just say he pulled out all the stops and cut the red tape and gave us the green light to go! Thank you so much for all you did for us! The truck was worthy of the trip with no drama! Super thank you, you superstar!!

This place should be avoided at all costs. I've submitted a claim to the bureau on behalf of these crooks. They want no responsibility for the things they mess up in your car. Stay far away unless you like rude behavior and your car getting damaged.

They stripped the screw to the oil bolt during the last oil change. It’s been a hassle to get to say the least. Save your time+money and go to another shop.
