The workers heavily tilt toward Chinese and provide service first to Chinese while others are relegated to waiting. I believe it's because the workers do not feel comfortable with English. Please hire more workers who are comfortable with English.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my money from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is actually pretty big. However, they share the lot with several other establishments, so customers for the other establishments may steal Chase customers parking spots. I usually avoid coming here during peak business hours and on weekends because of the crowds. Some parking spots are smaller than others. Watch out. Establishment & Staff: The bank itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. The staff here are very kind, friendly, and efficient.

I've been to a couple Chase branches now and this one made me feel the most unwelcome. I had an appointment but went to the wrong branch, so I called to ask to the rep I had the appointment with and the girl on the phone told me the rep was busy, so I asked if she could relay a message that I was going to be a little late but she cut me off, didn't want to hear me out and just got my name then told me the rep would call me back later. 10 mins later I got to the bank; the moment I got to the main entrance, their security was off on the side chatting on the phone. A banker came to get me about 15 mins after putting my name on the check-in list. The banker got the job done but that was it. While helping me, she mentioned a couple account upgrades but I wasn't interested. Don't know if it was because of that but somehow I felt like she was a bit standoffish. I noticed she has a plaque that says 'National Achiever' on her desk. If that's the kind of attitude a nation achiever got, I don't even want to deal with a regular banker. I had planned to open a business card prior to coming but I didn't want to spend another minute there so I just signed the paperwork and got it over with. The funny part was when I left, she just said there and said bye like that. I don't know if I was expecting too much but the previous times I was at other branches, the banker actually walked me out of their offices and said bye with at least a smile on their faces. Oh well, my fault for picking this branch instead of the usual one that I normally go to. No next time.

Fast and convenient bank. The bankers were very nice and polite. There's also plenty of parking.

These people literally have NO IDEA what is going on. It's actually kind of scary that we trust our money with a bunch of idiots. Why did it take 2 hours to set up a bank account? Most of the time was just them making me go around in circles with no direction. Bank teller made me talk to a representative on the phone to confirm my information that I just spent 1 hour reviewing with the teller (keep in mind: this is not the normal procedure btw; bank teller should be the one doing all communication with rep and even he was confused why the rep wanted to do this). The rep's English was incomprehensible and inaudible. Bank's phone was not working so bank teller tells me to call rep myself using my personal phone # (since when did I start doing the bank teller's own job?). I then asked bank teller who I was calling, and they literally said "I DON'T KNOW." Next thing I know bank teller has moved on to the next client leaving me in the corner with the situation unresolved and with a clueless idiot on the phone. The idiot then proceeds to tell me that my card cannot be approved when my bank teller just told me that my application will definitely be approved. Later a bunch of employees came up to me asking if I needed help. Obviously! Your bank teller can't do his own job and left me in the dust since he doesn't know what is going on. I'm on the phone with a clueless rep who was giving me FALSE information, and he was literally shooing me away while shoving papers in my face. Oh also, the calls with the "reps" disconnected multiple times so...each time I called I had to be re-directed to another rep. Each time I called they kept me on hold for at least 10 min. Each time I called I had to explain the situation again. I was DOING THE BANK TELLER'S JOB. CIRCLES. Unbelievable. Completely unprofessional branch ran by incompetent idiots who have no idea how their own system works. Tl;dr Wake-up call for all: Idiots are allowed to work at banks.

THE BEST chase service I've ever received! I went to make a student account and it could not have gone more smooth. Unfortunately, I forgot who was helping me out but I remember he was asian and very patient with me. He made a call to talk to the online services i think? and stuck around for a good 30 MINUTES and started a friendly conversation with me in the meantime :) HIGHLY recommend coming here vs the other one down in las tunas and camillia because that one is a no go :((

There was 3 different occasions where I tried to settle some issues being around the area however they were no help everytime, sometimes I wonder why they're even up. I goto a branch near my house and they solve it so quickly without all these steps and circles that lead to where I started and no problem solved

Signed in 11:00 here. I'm the next person on the list. Someone told me to have a seat with other people. After half an hour waiting, all people signed after me had been called for help. Went to check the list and found out my name was crossed out without calling my name. Such bad service

This review is more for Chase Banking for overall bad experience. But Giving this branch 2 stars for likewise unpleasant experience. ATM ate my check. Workers inside were not helpful, either poorly informed or poor in attitude. Now I'm on hold with Chase's customer service nearing 45 minutes, w/ no end in sight. Chase's ATM doesn't work, so customers have to spend 2 hours of their life trying to retrieve their eaten check.

Visited Monday 4/17/17. DO NOT visit without an appointment, they seem really understaffed. I visit a bank so I can get things done faster than if i were to call the 1-800 number myself. But of course, the guy with the clipboard just puts me in a spare cubicle and tells me to "go through the options" since mine was a credit card matter. Then I proceed and listen to 10-12 "special offers" they have while not accepting any of these promos--by this point I just hang up wondering if he ever dialed the credit card customer service line in the first place. Looked around to find the guy with the clipboard, but at this point I've already wasted most of my lunch break so I just left. The additional star comes from my one previous visit when someone actually sat down with me and ordered me a replacement card. Won't be coming to this branch again.

Went in to do a foreign transfer, so I put my name down on the list. Just as I was next to be helped, one of the chase representatives intentionally skipped me right when a "potential private client walked in". So thats how chase workers prides themselves not with equal loyalty among each customers but whichever customer can they can suck the most profit out off.

You need to ask for Vinh pham he's awesome and extremely helpful I'm very picky when it comes to banks but I really like this chase branch location. Everybody is super helpful. But yes Vinh pham was extremely helpful in helping me notarize my application form. 5 stars guys.
