Both the tellers and management are lack of experience, knowledge. Slowly looking at each item you deposit. very picky. No respects to the client who doing business with for over the 30 years.

I was in the area and stop by make a deposit. The bank was very convenient to go in, and not busy. But I was feel so awkward and uncomfortable. The sweet lady Kelly asked me to open an account in the bank, so I will get the best customer service. I was very attempt to do so, but it is such a hassle to close and open a new account. The minute I said no, the best customer service went away. All goes cold, she walked away immediately. I am not sure how cathay train the employees. I have stopped going there.

The customer service here was horrible even though they weren't very busy. We were not helped for several minutes and stood by waiting to be helped but the tellers were only interested in gossiping to each other. When we were finally helped, the lady seemed annoyed to answer and questions and told us to make another appointment. Once we mentioned the amount of money we wanted to deposit she changed her tune quickly and was eager to help. This is horrible customer service and very disingenuous.I would take your money elsewhere where they have much better customer service and treat you well regardless of income.

Not sure why all the 1 to 2 star comments. I am a filipino Chinese, and don't speak much Chinese. I came here one afternoon to close out my account. Instead of the two tellers that some of the Yelpers are saying, there were about 4 to 5 people in the branch. The teller that helped me was kind, patient/understanding and engaging. I do understand the misunderstanding as there maybe some cultural barriers and/or differences. I overheard the branch manager speaking to one of the customers on the phone, she sounded abrupt and curt. I believe that this managers could benefit from some Customer Service classes on how to handle American customers. For example, instead of directly telling the customer that she could not locate his/her Account number, the branch manager could have offered apologetically that she was not able to locate the information the customer was looking for. Then, she could have followed d up with, "May I suggest that you try and locate that information and then call us back?"

The ATM is inside. They close @ typical bank hours so you can't access it. Who designed this bank? Fire them. Use East West Bank in the KMart parking lot if you need cash.

I recently visited this new branch and immediately was welcomed by the staff. The staff and manager Rainbow provided excellent service. They were so helpful and knowledgeable!

This bank is very new and the building looks nice, but there are only 2 workers here and they are both working together on something instead of managing the front desk. This is supposed to be a simply case of depositing but they are making us wait a very long time. We do not know what they are doing, but clearly, they are very disorganized.
