Great place to buy your cabinets. The space has a variety of cabinet styles and colors. I was referred to cabinet king and fx cabinets by a countertop store. I went to both but fx cabinets provided me a quote that was higher. In total, I went to 10 cabinet businesses in the sgv. There were a couple of cabinet shops that gave me a lower price but the quality of the showroom cabinets lacked. Andy at Cabinet King greeted me and explained to him that I need three cabinets. He helped me pick the white shaker cabinets and was knowledgeable about how cabinets are made. He also delivered the cabinets to my house. I had a positive experience with him and he goes above and beyond to meet your expectations.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Cabinet King USA for two homes we have owned over the years. When living in Irvine they did a great job replacing our Cabinets and Counter Tops and they recent just remodeled our Kitchen and two bathrooms in our new home. I find their products and quality to be top notch and I won’t go anywhere else!

We came by looking for kitchen cabinets. We met with Andrew the designer, he was somewhat helpful when we were there. He was able to do a three dimensional rendition of what our kitchen would look like. However after we left we had to contact him numerous times to even get the first very short quote. He promised us another quote however after many emails reminding him to send us a quote, he still never has and it is now three weeks since we have been to the store. We will go to another company.

The problem when shopping for cabinets and tiles for home remodeling, is that there's such a wide spectrum of places to choose, with often many having the same or similar items (some I imagine are all white label / private labeled from generic goods coming from the same manufacturer in China) at around the same prices, give or take a few cents or dollars. Make sure you look at your "all-in" costs of whether it includes delivery. If there's any upcharges based on geography (or if you live above a 1st floor residence). Does it include installation. Do they only accept cash, or can you pay with a credit card (a huge benefit for some to defer payment and earn bonus points). Is there a cash discount. Is there a discount for tying different purchases together as one big buy? It's always something shoppers are paranoid about when going to places that are not structured like Home Depot or Lowes. Usually, when encountering Asian, Latin and Middle Eastern vendors, it feels like prices are negotiable, and they often are. So, you always have the seeds of doubt on whether you got a good deal, the best deal or over-charged. You'll drive yourself crazy trying to optimize the pennies and even dollars. That's where you have to do your own research, and also figure out what your budget is. Also, it doesn't hurt to ask negotiation themed questions, the worst they can say is "no" So, the other aspect, a sometimes overlooked x-factor, is the integrity of the company and vibe you get from the staff on whether they'll provide you with good solid customer service. Too often, people will tell you what you want to hear and even stretch the truth to you in the name of the sale, but once they have your money, the relationship can quickly turn adversarial if you encounter any problems with the product or service. Use your gut intuition. First off, if you feel the least bit comfortable with the staff, and that's when they should be at their best, trying to earn the business and close the sale, then you know it's going to be downhill from there if you commit and encounter any issues. I'll say this, the guy here, ANDREW was very welcoming, friendly and polite as well as helpful. I'd have to rank him high on his disposition and presentation, as well as lacking any hard core sales tactics to try to coerce a sale with any high pressure. For that reason, I'd say visit Cabinet King and talk to Andrew, you'll get instilled with confidence and a good sense of endurance of customer care.

We visited many cabinet locations before selecting Cabinet King. Andrew sell cabinets, floor tiles and countertops with back splash. He has a large inventory of cabinets that are available in a short period of time. He quotes a price with or without installation. The cabinets comes in boxes by sections that must be assembled at the job site. Andrew is very easy to work with he is very understandable if you want cabinets, floor tiles or stone works. We selected the cabinets and Andrew drew up the contract for the cabinets only. We had our own installer. We ordered the countertop with back splash from Andrew. Andrew's crew completed the installation in one day. We ordered the tile from Andrew and used our installer. All purchases were made on separate contracts. I visited several stores before Andrew's store. I found him very easy to work with he made suggestions on placing the appliances in the kitchen. He made outstanding plans. He made changes to the plans without any problems. All the cabinets fitted in place without any modifications.

We are general contractors ourselves but when it comes to custom designing kitchens Cabinet Kings is our go to guy. Andrew is very good with mocking up the design and suggesting the functions to the customers needs. We also have them do some of the installations when we are short handed and they do an awesome job with installation too. Kevin (installer) is very detail and the work quality shows. They also have a very good selection of cabinets and stones.
