“Picked up a brand new Talaria Sting R MX4 from this shop yesterday and couldn't be happier. Guys working there were friendly and super helpful. I could tell they were knowledgeable and passionate about the e-bike hobby. They made the sale process easy and the price OTD was more than reasonable. If you're in the market for an e-bike, give this shop a shot, you won't regret it.”
“Joe and his small team go beyond when it comes to customer service and handling. I have gotten my bike repaired by his shop a few times now, and Joe has always given me a fair price. His shop keeps good attention to their customers' bikes.I had gotten my bike repaired and upon test-riding it, I noticed the wheel alignment and brakes were off and Joe was quick to resolve my issue immediately.Shout-out to Jesse for the maintenance he performed for my bike. You guys are awesome and I'm happy to support this business.”
“Daniel was great! Made getting my FX3 quick and easy. In and out in maybe half an hour! I explained what I was looking for in a bicycle, Daniel made a few recommendations, and gave me helpful tips and tricks before I rode the bicycle home! Thanks again!”
“The mechanic and new owner Chinchilla are super friendly, and most importantly - skillful! I sent all my bikes including BMC Teammachine, Pinarello Dogma F, and Specialized Aethos to the shop for any big or small issues and Chinchilla always takes care of my bikes in timely manner with extremely reasonable price!”
“Patient, trustworthy, and will tell you options. Our case was a situation that required us to contact the manufacturer since it's a very old bike, and they don't have parts for our particular bike. $65 to investigate your ebike issue, with a 3-5days minimum stay over needed to investigate.
Friendly! Very knowledgeable! Repairs ebikes too. Will be buying my next ebike from here! Unsure how they make money though! They take credit card and cash.
Apparently when starting, they were a bicycle shop 5 years ago. They quickly turned into an ebike shop due to its popularity.”
“Amazing bike shop! Wanted a push bike for 2 yr old and bike with training wheels for 4 year old granddaughters. Not only did they have both in pink, in stock in boxes, they are putting them together for us right now! Can’t say enough about this place. This shop might be small but they had everything we wanted after being to two other shops. Super reasonable prices too!”
“I’m so happy I found Steve’s Bike Shop. Wont be going anywhere else now. Not only was the work they performed on my mountain bike top-notch, it was done quickly and at about half the price of the larger bike shops I checked with when I was pricing out these repairs. Best of all, they were willing to take the time to talk with me and explain anything I had questions about which is something most mechanics don’t/won’t do.Only suggestion I would make is to add a tip jar at the front counter so happy customers like me can show a little extra appreciation for the great service we get when we walk through the door. I honestly kind of felt like I was stealing from them when I heard the total cost for all the awesome work they did for me. ?”

“Martin is a really great guy. We need to give him more business and keep this great bike shop open. There are not many spots like this around. He is really knowledgeable about all types of bikes. His prices are great, not a lot of overhead, so he can keep things reasonable.”

“I'm all the way down here in Florida, and CSC is more supportive than dealers local to me!I bought a 2023 CSC RX4, shipped within less than 2 months, and as of writing put 1330 miles on it. I had my first coolant leak with the thermostat, replaced under warranty with no questions asked. It came in three days, and we (Dad and I) repaired it without further hassle.Their customer service is off the charts, and I can't think of any motorcycle dealer that comes close to how caring this dealership is! 100% recommend if you're looking for a value ride.”
“I bought a 2017 Specialized Stumpjumper Elite carbon 29er and just wanted to give perspective buyers a heads up. It states that no small parts are included, but mine did come with a derailleur hander and seat post clamp. It does have the bezel in place for the SWAT box, but you must purchase the door and the inside bulkhead to complete. You must also purchase the 12x148mm thru axle. Overall, I'm happy with the frame and have just completed the build.”
“I purchase my first schwin bike here in the late 90s I used to come here with my buddies to fix and repair or bike accessories tony always treated us with respect and very polite the handy man always ridding his bike can't remember he's name also a great guy I got to meet on the bmxers on a poster when u walk in the day I got my schwin he actually rode my bike? thank you Tony for all the great fun memories!”

“I picked up a beat up Cannondale M400 on the inter web. My first stop was to J&M Bike Shop.Steve at the shop replaces bad cables, chain and went through the brake system, I’m a happy Customer”
“TLDR: fantastic service and fantastic track bikes. The best you will get in this price range!Long story:I was in need of a new track bike after my precious custom Fuji Track Pro was stolen last week. It was foolishly expensive (~$1500) because building cool and unnecessarily high quality track bikes part-by-part was a hobby of mine 15 years ago.Now though, I just needed something that was decent quality, reasonably priced, and reasonably sexy.I spent a few days looking around on offer up/craiglists/FB marketplace to see what options exist these days. It seemed the sweet spot was between $400-$700 based on things like a new tracklord or used fuji track pro/leader.However the bike that really caught my eye was this weird, seemingly self-made bike called the Raptor (or Cyborg) from SGV bicycles. It had the coolest frame I'd seen in my price range, this awesome 70mm chonker of a rear wheel, and seemed easily customizable to my liking (drop bars, etc).Rather than spend weeks continuing the search for a used bikes (and likely still ending up running into issues with whatever I get) I decided to drive down to SGV (1 hour away) and check it out in person.I was greeted by Zoe at the door who was super friendly. It was a bummer and a little awkward that I had to stand outside, as their showroom is still closed, but she happily tolerated my barrage of questions and brought a Raptor out for me to take a look at.After about 20-30 minutes of discussion--including finding out the frame was designed by Henry's (the other co-owner) brother!--I concluded to YOLO and pull the trigger on the purchase.Henry built it out for me with leader track drops, a 17T cog, and a seat pad at no extra charge. I also added some Wellgo straps for an extra $20. They even worked with me to adjust the seat 5 or 6 times until it was the perfect height.Been riding it every day for a week now and have had zero issues. I will probably replace the pedals with some higher tier sealed cartridge ones soon, but other than that i suspect I'll be riding this thing as is for years to come.Overall I am super happy with my purchase and couldn't recommend SGV or the Raptor/Cyborg more highly! Thanks Zoe and Henry :)”
“Recommend this place for new bikers. I went in after buying a used bike and was greeted nicely. They helped me get my bike running up to speed, Peter was amazing! Great prices as well.
Got maintenance done and picked up a new helmet! Will definitely be back”
