Now we know way branches are closing because of the incompetent people that manage them. they stole 1,000 dollars from me when my money did not come out of the teller machine. they said the money did not come out of my account it shows it did. the same thing happened two years ago. the incompetent people said they could not check the cameras or the machine. Thats 2,000 dollars that they stole from me I will be 78 I take care of my invalid wife.I need this money so this doesn't end here.

I have deposited my check . On 10-6-2023, and the banker name Ricky Zhao have deposited my check to the different person account and I go back to talk to Jesus olguin the vp, and he told me is my mistake the they deposit the check to other person account, and I told him this is big mistake the banker can make, he also let the other banker to pickup my complaint name Erica Rivera are also bad poor service too and she not willing to help me with my matter too. I don't think they have enough experience for what customers need all off them are not good for the job I think the compliance should look in to this

I am extremely satisfied with my visit to this Bank of America branch! My mother and I visited to open a checking account for her, and we had the pleasure of meeting with relationship banker, Vicky Zhao. My mother often repeats questions due to her hearing impairment, requiring people to be especially patient when assisting her. Vicky demonstrated remarkable patience and kindness throughout the entire process and it was evident that she is a compassionate and respectful individual, likely with a deep understanding and appreciation for her own parents/elders. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Vicky, as we had encountered a few employees at other banks who were unnecessarily impolite to my mother just prior to our visit. You are truly an angel - thank you Vicky.

One of the worst location to visit.doesn't matter how long is the line .only one or two teller working, but on the other side which is the business center, seems like always has a better services .

This bank is busy and there are usually long queues. Parking is easy. Best to make an appointment before coming. The staffs here are friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend Mr. Huang and Merrill Financial Advisor Mr. Yu. They are professional and patient. Their services are totally worth the wait.

They changed the time 10:00 to 4:00 Monday to Friday Only . I can't come during that time . Better is close this location. ! Shame bfa.

Was there #14 in line. They only had 1 teller. Their Manager was just standing around and would not.get another person to open up. They have terrible Management. Maybe I should get another bank. Go to Arcadia B of A. Much better.

I'm not sure what happened to this place. I used to love coming to this Bank of America location due to the convenience and customer service. However, in the recent months, I noticed that the longs have been super long because they only have ONE teller working, while there are people sitting around doing nothing. I feel bad for the teller since it is not their fault.I have also witnessed several incidents here that are just insane. There was a time that customers were understandably angry due to the long line and someone went to complain to the manager and instead of placating the matter, the manager proceeds to threaten to call the cops on her! Absolutely insane and unprofessional. The worst part is that I saw him again at my next visit.They need to step up their customer service and I think the first order of business would be to remove that manager from his position. I have never witnessed something so unprofessional from a higher up. That was the incident that made me transfer most of my business to Chase.

This Bank of America lost a big cash deposit of mine, when I demanded to see the security cameras to prove that I did deposit the money. They gave me a bunch of mumbo jumbo reasons why I couldn’t see the cameras.Corporate customer service basically said I had to go sue them, their own employee gave me this advice, as a well to see the cameras.I’m over wasting my time on this but people need to know their money isn’t safe here.
