This had to be the best experience I have ever had at a pawn shop. Usually with pawn shops you get rude associates and complete absence of customer service, but Avalon Pawn Shop is the exact opposite of this. The stuff is super nice and helpful, they have all the answers and provide courteous and professional service. The place was clean and nicely organized, felt like a VIP experience from start to finish. Highly recommend to take all your pawning business to Avalon, you can thank me later.

Great Place and Loved the customer service I got, I highly recommend it for pawning gold and even shopping for exclusive stuff they have for sale, just want to add it was fast process on pawning, gentleman behind the counter which i think it’s the owner, he is such a great guy and very honest about what gold is worth and how much he can give you, I’ll forever keep going here :-)

What an absolute waste of time.
BUYERS BEWARE!
I went to ask the shop about Morgan dollars and the guy running it brought out (6) Morgan dollars from the back.
I asked about pricing and he's literally charging $400 for a $40 coin and tried to sell me another $75 coin for $7000!!
When I asked him can he explain the pricing strategy, he looked right at me and said "that's just what it is".
Hint- if you don't want to sell something, just tell me you'd rather hang into it than waste 15 minutes of my time trying to figure out a price.

Max is amazing! Needed a quick loan so came in to pawn some jewelry.. he’s so kind and chill.. makes everything super easy.. when I came back to pick it up he offered to fix the broken parts … he gave me a great price and my jewelry was like new again! I definitely recommend this place!

By far my favorite pawn shop! I was shocked they didn’t charge me a lost ticket fee when I went to pick up my PS5, this place showed me more love then browns pawn shop and other locals in area.. thru won’t dissapoint you trust me

I highly recommend this business, I lost my ticket and he did not charge a extra fee like all pawn shops do! I have never saw that before. Also the jewelry is nice and it's plenty of parking.. I use to allways go to different pawn shops but this has been my favorite since coming in

Went one day when they were closing early so the guy turned me away until he saw I was trying to sell them gold then he asked how much I was looking to get for it laughed and then lowballed me, was extremely rude then tried to take advantage of me by making a low offer on something worth much more. I thought I was walking into a pawn shop not an offer up store
