I've been in customer service for 25 yeras. Mr Jonathan Morales has a very superior customer service, always has a smile, always greeting customers and helping finding out what the customer needs. Cynthia Sanchez, the store manager, stood out as an exceptional leader — personable, passionate, and genuinely proud of her store and staff. She welcomed us with such warmth and care, and thoughtfully connected me with one of her associates for what felt like a personal shopping experience.
My husband and I were shopping for anniversary bands and necklaces, and not only were our needs met, but the quality of the pieces and the value exceeded our expectations. I was so impressed with the service and selection that we returned again — this time to purchase a stunning 3ct anniversary band that’s currently being sized (not pictured yet!).
