“Loved this place! Not only did they have beautiful clothes and accessories, but the woman running the place is SO sweet! She wasn't constantly in your face, but she helped me out with a dressing room and even helped me unzip when I couldn't get out of a dress! I also loved their candles with the funny sayings. I took a few pictures. I would have loved to buy some, but they were too expensive for me. I will definitely be back!”

“Im rating 5 stars, but thats because of the staff.. for prices 1 would give 2 stars.My Son and I LOVE this place!! LOVE ALL HOT TOPIC STORES! ?? Back to school shopping trip was $325.. They COULD lower their prices on their Merch a bit though, ESPECIALLY the prices on their PANTS!! It's a bit RIDICULOUS to pay $59.90 for plain jeans with very faint flames on the bottom. NOT worth it. Just saying... ?”

“Was here this past Friday. Lovely shop. Amazing finds. Prices were awesome on all my vintage Christmas items. Had a slight medical/health issue and the lady ringing me up, sorry I did not get her name, got me a chair and water before I hit the ground. I am so thankful to her for amazing help and understanding. Sent my husband and me to a nice little French bakery for some lunch just what I needed. “Mom and I stopped in because the shop was so cute and inviting. We had just eaten lunch across the way. Didn't know this existed! We were traveling back to the desert from San Diego. We were greeted right away! Service was good. Girls were friendly. They checked on me and made sure I was doing ok. I loved the selection of goods that they offered. Most of the clothing was on the youthful side. I'm in my 50s, but I found the cutest darn sweatshirt with cowboy embroidery all over it. I also found a great pull on skirt for the summer on the clearance rack. I signed up for points and got a free sticker for my first little reward. I can't wait to go back!”

“I love this Chico's store and frequent it often! They have a large selection of fun clothing and unique jewelry/accessories. The staff are all outstanding - super friendly and helpful without being pushy. They're happy to check sizes in the back or at other stores to be shipped directly to me. In addition, there are always sales and/or racks of discounted items. I've also received excellent customer service when calling about online orders.This Chico's is conveniently located in the Promenade Temecula shopping area, with plenty of parking in two garages making it easy to access to all the shopping and dining. Chico's sister stores, White House Black Market and SOMA, are also located right there on the same street.”

“Last week my mom and I went into this Kohls location in Temecula to do some shopping. While we were in the dressing room trying on clothes, my mom received a call from my grandma and answered the phone. Right as she picked up the phone, some woman who walked in after us started yelling, "f$&@'#% A" over and over again. She was getting louder and louder each time and sounded very aggressive so I told my mom to go get a manager. While my mom was doing that I asked her what her deal was and she said that she didn't want to hear my mom "yapping on the phone while she's trying to try on clothes." I of course knew then that this woman was out of her mind. My mom also didn't have the call on speaker and was simply telling my grandma what we were up to. When the manager came in, the insane woman of course shut up. The manager hung out with us to make sure she wouldn't start up again. The woman left the dressing room and the manager followed her to make sure she would leave and not cause any more trouble. The insane woman then started making a scene at the front of the store and the manager smelled alcohol on her breathe. She also appeared to be on drugs. The insane woman left the store and the manager was kind enough to come back to the dressing room and tell us she had left. About 10 minutes later the manager came back and told us she had re-entered the store. The insane woman came into the dressing room and told the manager that I was being "a Karen" and then proceeded to yell at me and tell me to "go f$&@ myself." The manager got her out of the dressing room and called the security guard over. The security guard wasn't much help but I wanted to shout out all the women at this Kohls. Lauren, Ellie, Julie, Kim and Leslie all walked my mom and I to the front of the store and basically stood around us since the insane woman was still in the store and we didn't know where she was. They made sure we were safe and walked us out of the store as well and made sure we got into our car with zero issues. The women at this location are amazing!!! Thank you to all of you. You made my mom and I feel safe and looked out for. To the insane woman, you obviously need serious help, and I hope you get it. Being on drugs and drunk at a Kohls on a Wednesday afternoon, harassing a mom and daughter for simply taking a phone call, isn't a good look.”
