Only one employee working when I was in, so service was slow. But she knew so much about everything and answered all of my questions very well. Selection was great! Found some nice serving bowls and a broiling pan. Prices are expensive but hopefully everything holds up well. Store is gorgeous and is a super calming place but is also a very fun store to shop in!

This store is trash and will give every excuse not to return a product that they sell. I bought an espresso machine and it wasn’t reaching the exact pressure. I looked online to see the videos again on the website and noticed it was $180 cheaper. The store said they had nothing to do with that, it’s a breville promo. However, the William and Sonoma website is selling it at that discounted price so that didn’t make sense. I told Andrea (store manager) over the phone that I could return it and repurchase. She tells me that is has to be unused. I told her specifically about the pressure issue and she said I could return it to the store and repurchase the other one they had in stock. When we get there, her story changes and tells my husband it’s a quality issue and I have to return directly to breville. This is insane! Worst customer service ever. They’ve clearly lied to me over the phone and for what? Don’t buy here!! So disappointed at the lack of help. Save yourself the headache and go to any other store. It’s all the same.

A wonderful kitchen store and there is always something that you simply have to take home with you. If only I had a larger car, I would take loads more .... I particularly love all those rubber spatulas that are so useful for scraping the brownie/cake bowl so I don't have to use my tongue and fingers! It is like a treasure chest - you don't see much but then you lift the lid (open door) and then dive in. The staff are always happy to talk about kitchen gadgets, which is just great. I could spend a fortune in here. We were browsing around the store and Becca (super friendly and funny) offered my husband and I a coffee from the machine they were demonstrating - so we were both happy! I'm not one for buying fancy food (pre made mixes, boxed, cookies etc) but Williams Sonoma has an excellent selection that are all fabulous! My husband loves the selection of BBQ sauces!

I do a lot of gourmet cooking. Williams Sonoma has 95% of what I need. The staff at the Temecula Promanade are great.

I love this WS location! Every time I've gone in or called they've gone above and beyond. The store is always clean and well stocked too. This is my favorite WS store in So Cal.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I walked in the store and was COMPLETELY ignored. A WHITE couple walked in behind me and suddenly a salesperson appeared and asked them if they needed help with anything. She then disappeared in the back. She never approached me or asked if I required assistance. I immediately left the store and called the corporate office to report the incident. If you must enter this location, make sure you FILM and POST all interactions, let's expose this!

We love shopping at Williams-Sonoma, but preferably when they're having a sale. Their products and selection of everything from knives, to Nespresso coffee makers, to cook books, to seasonal dinning settings, to delicious cooking mixes and even Teas, are outstanding. But $29.95 for a tin of loose Fortnum & Mason Breakfast Tea might seem... a bit much. That is until you check Amazon and see they're less expensive. Nice!We have been in this store a dozen times and everyone is friendly and helpful. They are currently offering samples of Illy Coffee and their prices are reasonable. On this visit, I got away with spending less than $100, but just barely. LOL

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I recently bought a floor model coffee machine. Before purchasing I asked "Does it work" I was told yes. I brought it home and it does turn on but doesn't brew or allow me to brew. It is 100% broken and there is something wrong with a sensor. The store said they can't do anything for me. A floor model shouldn't equal broken and useless!

Would have liked to say 5 stars because their manager Angela is phenomenal, but unfortunately their company return policy is sub par. Angela helped us make the best out of an unpleasant situation... She is definitely an asset to the company. She is incredibly knowledgeable with their products and very thorough in demonstrating and explaining how everything works. We admire her willingness to help us find what we were looking for without feeling pushed to get something we really didn't want or need. Thank you Angela for making our day! God bless you.

Without getting in to the long detailed reason for my experience with their customer service people, I have to be completely honest and say that Williams-Sonoma has one of the best, if not "the" best customer service associates I have ever dealt with. They are extremely polite, professional and personable, and they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. I can't say enough to express my gratitude. I only wish that other companies had the same people working for them. Love them and I am now a lifetime W-S customer. Thank you Sydney, Ashley, Shelby R & Jiovanni F ❤️❤️

Today I was at this wonderful storeHas excellent items fair prices I think and also very good brand names that will last for a very long time maybe decades if the cookware is being taken care of.Autumn was extremely nice and helpful but the two other people a man and a woman were very helpful and niceThe problem is I felt very uncomfortable because every time trying to ask Autumn a question the man who was really trying to help me would always talk above herI just could not really have a chance to feel at ease walk around the store and ask Autumn all the questions I wantedFelt always being watched also felt did not have the freedom to walk around

I visited this location on Sunday 04/10/22, as I entered the store there was no one in the front of the store. A few minutes later as I was browsing one lady asked if I needed help and then stood at the front of the store. As I continued to browse, I was followed by the 2 ladies that were in the store. The one lady in the red dress followed me all throughout the store. The First Lady that greeted me also followed me. No one else was being followed In the store but me. I even walked around the store again just to make sure that I wasn't overreacting, I was absolutely correct I was being followed. I was disappointed at the behavior of these store employees. William Sonoma please address this issue. I would have bought the items I came for, but I won't give my money to a company that treats customers this way.

Very disappointed with Williams-Sonoma, I've spent thousands over the years at this store. I purchased a Le Creuset 10" skillet, two days later I changed my mind and went to return the skillet and was informed if was a sale item and couldn't be returned, I was not informed it was non- returnable, it did however state it on the receipt, which I had to purchase it to find that out. Asked to speak to the manager, see apparently has no power to do anything, not very good customer service, I'm afraid all my future purchases will be on Amazon, I try to buy local and support our storefront businesses, they seem to want you to buy on line, that's ok , returns are even easier with Amazon and the prices are better. Good buy Williams- Sonoma it's been real.
