The management here is lacking and the owner is extremely unprofessional. The classes here are redundant and many coaches are inexperienced and unqualified to coach people lifting weights as you can easily get severely injured. I've been going to Self Made and have had an astounding experience there. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere.

I love this training center. Workouts are simple and it is easy for beginners like me to adjust and learn to lift properly. Preventing injuries and promoting good daily habits.Some of us have been lifting wrong for decades and then we wonder why we don't see progress. I've learned a lot at this center.

I have been attending Rock Steady Boxing classes at the West Coast Training Center in Temecula for about 4 months now. I have to say it's been an excellent experience. The instructors are enthusiastic, and work very hard to make sure that everyone gets a good workout done safely. The facility is clean and the atmosphere is one of family and community. If you are a Parkinson's patient interested in Rock Steady Boxing, this is the place to go.

When you walk through the front door, you can feel that you have entered a special place. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. The program for rock steady boxing is perfectly designed for anyone with Parkinson’s. We have only been here twice and feel like we have an extended family. my husband on day two was able to accomplish movements that he did not think he had the ability to do. The doctor recommended this class years ago and how silly of us for not coming sooner. Thank you to everyone at rocksteady.

We have been coming here for just shy of a month today and it has been truly the unicorn gym community I have been looking for. The motivation, the dedication, the atmosphere is honestly everything I could have ever wanted. Every single trainer is absolutely phenomenal and shows how much they want you to succeed and will never make you feel like you’re holding the class back if you don’t understand something they truly just care about you. I love that everyone takes such amazing care of my family and the childcare is great! In this short amount of time we feel as if we have already become family and never want to leave! I have become so much stronger in this time and can’t wait to see where I am at physically and mentally a year from now.

I’ve gone to many other gyms and just felt like another dollar sign. The very first workout the trainers had me workout with them and made me feel included not like a new person. Every time my husband and I come in to train we feel so welcome and cared for AND ITS GENUINE! All the trainers are awesome and truly care about you succeeding! Highly recommend this gym whether its your first time going to the gym or if you’ve been training for years.

I love West coast training center! It’s one of my favorite places to be. I used to go to a local gym, but as soon as I found this gem by one of my friends I completely fell in love. This is not your typical gym, when I first started I felt welcome, loved and so much support from this wonderful community. There’s so much to say how amazing every single soul in here is. West coast is the best gym I have ever been to. The team cares about you as a person and wants to see you grow to be the best version of yourself. Love my WCTC family! They genuinely care about every single one of their members. I currently have a knee injury and can’t do some of the workouts. They will modify everything for me, so I am able to attend whatever class I want to. Despite my injury, I am still consistently gaining muscle and losing body fat. Even when I get frustrated because I’m not losing weight as quickly as I would like (due to my injury), they are all there to pick me back up and help me to continue on! I love my trainer (Amanda), but every single one of their trainers has helped me, and I would recommend any of them in a heartbeat. If you are looking for a gym that treats you like family and holds you accountable. This is your place.

West coast training center has been amazing for me both mentally and physically. There is accountability but it never comes off in a mean way. They will fully support you and push you like you have never been pushed. It's a great community to be a part of. I have had to dig deep mentally to stay motivated and the classes are so much fun.

The last 5 months have been insane. Quitting drinking and getting back into shape hasn’t been easy. It’s been a huge struggle!! Being part of West Coast Training and having my trainer Courtney Goldate backing me has made all the difference!!! This isn’t your average gym! These people truly care weather you succeed in life! They’ve pushed and motivated me like never before. The workouts are fun and challenging and I’ve never had to step foot on a treadmill!! I love being a member of this gym and I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone that’s considering taking back control of your physical and mental health. Definitely give West Coast a shot!!!

I personally love the gym and all the trainers that are a part of it as well. Everyone is really friendly and actively trying to make every interaction with people positive. you know after meeting just one person at this gym/ community you'll defiantly take something that they said or shown you and use it every day.

West Coast is a place where you come to train and exercise, but also to unwind, socialize, and recharge!I’ve been coming here from almost 2 months now and I always leave feeling accomplished of getting through the workouts. They also run a small coffee shop located inside the gym. Coffee with friends after a Saturday workout is truly my favorite! I’ve met some amazing people here & I love that everyone is so supportive & encouraging.Amanda, Stephen & the trainers all do a fantastic job at building a community they are proud to call family.Thank you WCTC! ?

My name is Alma Moreno and i joined West Coast Training Center in August of 2020. Thanks to my buddy Sandy who highly recommend to me. I trained with Amanda for about 2 years and was a kick to my health transformation. I am very grateful and fortunate to be part of this amazing training center. I’ve lost weight, I’ve learned to eat healthier and i am stronger than ever!!! West Coast is not just a training center it is a group of individuals who help, encourage and lift one another. The trainers are phenomenal. They are extremely caring, helpful, friendly and will always greet you with a smile and they all call u by your name. I am bad in names and love it when new trainers already know who you are.Shout out to Stephen for coming out with this awesome, crazy ? workouts at times. West coast training center has been my home gym for a year and a half now. I walked in knowing nothing about strength training. I was a yoga, barre, group class girl at corporate gyms. But after being quarantine and having a baby at an older age, I hadn’t done much physical activity and was desperate for a change (and some baby free time). Although I was afraid to start something completely new, I was ready to challenge myself.I met Kasey right away and signed up to be her client. Wasn’t sure how I’d really like it, but I LOVED IT. Haha. She’s the best! I started with semi private training and eventually added the group classes.I am so proud of the progress that I’ve made. I’m seeing crazy results here that I’d never seen before, compared to my previous style of working out. Feeling the burn during my previous style of classes really didn’t equal results (for me). The strength training (and the nutrition plan Kasey created for me) is what’s really giving me the results I’ve ALWAYS wanted and kind of never thought was possible for me.I’m so so grateful for Amanda and Stephen for creating a gym where we all can work on ourselves, from all our different backgrounds and levels. I feel so comfortable here and all the members and trainers look out for each other and we all want each other to succeed and grow. Thank you for all that you do for us. You’ve changed my life. ❤️
